Talked with Alexi. Spoke on phone 2 times, emailed and texted several times. He had me drive an hour and a half to get my vehicle evaluated to trade. He told me the truck that I wanted was being inspected earlier. Told me when I was about to leave home that it was being detailed. After driving a hour and a half I find out it’s damaged and being repaired. When I get here a different person tells me about the damage to the grill and door after showing me a car fax and tells me that there’s no damage. He says he does t know why Alexi didn’t tell me about damages. Very deceptive. UPDATE: They brought the truck to me after repairs. Their body shop painted the hood while it was on the truck. Didn’t tape fenders which now have overspray. They did all of the repairs, primer, paint and clear the same day. They pulled the tape off while it was wet and pulled it across the front which caused scratches across half of the front. Paint on hood has trash in it. Beware of the gray 2019 Ranger vin 1FTER4FH6KLB10939. As of now refusing to make their work right. Will update if they do what’s right.

Customer Service at its best!
I cannot quit raving about Matthews Motors. They set a high standard for customer service that is impeccable! They mean what they say and say what they mean! A promise is a promise at Matthews Motors. I purchased my vehicle in October and I am still high off of their customer service! Before you go annnyyywhere else, give them a try. You WILL thank me later!

Be extremely careful because once a crook all ways a crook. Purchased a 2016 Colorado about 2 years ago and the vehicle had been heavenly damaged in a accident including a bent frame. Claimed they inspected it for damage but they did no such thing . very shady and dishonest in my opinion. There's several vehicles with covered up damage placed on that lot for sale so play it smart and think twice before making a purchase from this dealership. Beware.

Dented Our Car, Staff Hung Up, Didn't Keep Promise
TERRIBLE post-sale experience. All we requested was what they promised us at time of sale. This family-owned dealership treated us like anyone but family. 5 letdowns include: **LETDOWN #1:** Days after giving them $30K, we returned to pick up the car (fresh from detailing) to see a NEW, DEEP DENT on the left side. **LETDOWN #2:** At purchase, Keith Myers (general sales manager) and team told us we'd receive a free multipoint inspection, oil change and detail at 3 mos/30K mi. We didn't come in for service before 3 mos. because: 1) In June, we saw few on their floor were wearing masks and my fiance has a weak immune system and 2) at 3 mos, we had only driven 10K mi. In early Jan, we made the service appt. I arrived early and told Pete Fowler (service advisor) of our *service and detail* appt. We received only an *oil change*. The detailing excluded Rain-X and left the front wheels dirty. **LETDOWN #3:** At checkout, Elise (service advisor) gave us only a receipt. In the 7 states I've lived, every service shop ended the appt with a line-by-line list of what was checked, the condition of each (e.g., "OK, Fair, Critical"), and walked a customer through what needed attention. I was ready to pay for anything needed. Instead, we're left to pray nothing happens or *pay* a dealer. **LETDOWN #4:** Website says "many are ASE-certified." The "many" must not include Pete: After the service appt, we called to ask him "How many points and what did you check?" Pete said "I don't know". Then he complained "You're being difficult" and HE HUNG UP ON US. **LETDOWN #5:** When we called back requesting they make it right, Pete immediately transferred us to Elise (service advisor). Elise was focused on everything except "How do I make up for our mistake?" All we requested was what they promised us at time of sale.

Great Service; Great Deal
I found Matthews Motors through what felt like an endless search for a truck. I have been shopping for months, and I am so glad I landed at Matthews. The customer service exceeds expectations! It was worth the hour drive to get the truck we needed for the price we wanted. The service team; from our call with Adrienne, to the personal photos sent via text from Cliff, to the honest sales transparency with Jaime to the ease of signing with Ken, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would drive the distance again to purchase our next vehicle.

They sold me a lemon. I’ve only drove my car one month and it’s broken down twice. Do not buy from here. Very bad dealership

We don't sell lemons but at times a vehicle does break down. We apologize for the issues and would like to see what needs to be done. Their is no name attached so please call in to service or the GM 919-550-2333 we stand behind our vehicles and do what it takes to make it right.

I am very picky and was looking a clean well maintained used vehicle and salesman Ali did not disappoint. He found my perfect car and I could not be more pleased. It was discovered after driving it a day or so my audio/navigation system was missing the sd card. I contacted the dealership and they were very prompt in obtaining the replacement card even providing me a rental car in the process of replacing it. I cannot say enough about the employees from Sales Manager to the drivers that have picked up and delivered my vehicle back to me, everyone has been so nice and professional. I will be a returning customer and will absolutely refer anyone looking a used vehicle to them. Thanks for everything!!

Terrible Communication
We finally found the right vehicle at the right price here online. We made an appointment to go see it (30 minutes away) and when we got there they had just sold it to someone else. Our salesperson was do a test drive on another vehicle while we were driving to the dealership and he didn’t even know someone else had sold right under him. Terrible communication with each other and their clients. Very disappointing!!!

We apologize for this and will work to avoid this in the future. Our management team did look into this and the customer came in about 40 minutes prior to you arriving. The deal was not finalized until after you arrived so your sales rep would not have known to call you prior. This is why we try not to hold vehicles without a deposit even then we have lost sales due to customers backing out or not showing. Thanks for the feed back.
The best experience I've EVER had buying a car!
I stumbled across an internet ad for a vehicle I had been researching which led me to Matthews Motors, and I'm so thankful I did! Andrew and Keith are AMAZING! This company genuinely treats you like family, I was incredibly impressed immediately. The process was fast and seamless. I can honestly say, by far, this was the most positive experience I've ever had buying a car! I purchased a CX-9 and currently in the process of buying a second one. You have a customer for LIFE!

Overall: quick, friendly, and accomdating
I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and ended up getting an even better deal. They were having a sale and ended up knocking $2K off an already fair deal on the car I was interested in. Everyone is exceptionally friendly there and definitely willing to accommodate whatever situation you're in. The finance depart explains things thoroughly so you know exactly what you're signing into. At no point did I feel pressured. They just did all they could to help me get out of there in my new ride. I am glad I did business with them and will likely return in the future if something on their lot catches my interest.
