Easiest and best car buying experience ever!

This was an amazing experience. I absolutely love my new car and the experience was phenomenal! Kim and her team know what they are doing and I'm beyond impressed with everyone at Matthews Motors! From speaking with them the very first time to having the car delivered and never even having to set foot in the dealership, it was awesome.

Great Experience

They got me in the car I didn't think was possible. The team did everything they could and demonstrated great flexible service. Thanks for all your help and the birthday wishes really made me feel appreciated coming a month after my purchase meant the world to me.

Only dealer I do business with

Matthews is my go to dealer for used cars and service. Between my brother and I we have purchased 5 vehicles from Matthews since 2016 and when it comes time to trade in these they are going right back to Matthews. Many of the vehicles are priced very well and beat out most competitive dealers. Brian and Anthony in sales are phenomenal to work with and excellent at what they do. Amy in finance is a pleasure to work with and a genuinely nice person. Pete in service is one of the best service managers/writers I?ve come across in quite some time, knowledgeable and courteous. The added bonus of lifetime powertrain warranty is a huge plus. Also for each referral customer (that buys a car) Matthews will send you a $100 check each time which is a nice bonus. Great dealer, great staff and a constantly changing inventory. Check them out you won?t be disappointed.

The folks at MM are very courteous easy to communicate with. Just had some front end repairs completed on my Ranger. The truck drives like a new one. The tech did a good job. Bob H.

They missed my sale lol

I went there to buy a 2012 Mercedes S550. I told the girl on the phone I only had 25K and she said come in because prices are negotiable. I drive all the way there and test drive the car to find out that the prices weren't negotiable by the finance people lol. I wasted 2 hours there. Needless to say i bought one right after I test drove there's for $22,600 and Matthew wanted $27k+ lol the salesman was cool though. That car still hasn't sold and now it's due lol. Can't make a million off of a sale

Sorry me missed out on earning your business. We are negotiable but some car prices have been reduced online to sell leaving us with little or no room.

Rude representatives

After finally keeping one of those broken promises and finally getting the car that was taken from me multiple times, there representatives constantly call and text my phone about payments that we had already discussed weeks ago. They claim to try and work with me but are rude via phone and text and nag you repetitively about the same info. I feel like Mike F is the only one I can kinda talk to. My satisfaction keeps getting lower and lower with Matthews motors

Making Car Buying a Breeze

My husband and I went to the Clayton location looking for a specific car that I saw on their website. I loved the fact that we were not bombarded with sales men and were allowed time to look around before going in to the building. My salesman Rob Walker was very nice and was very easy to work with . His manager Tony not only had a GREAT sense of humor, but gave us a great deal on my Maxima. The level of service this dealership provides is the best of experienced in a long time. I would recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle from Matthews Motors.
