Great service, great deal!

My salesperson was Miguel. He really worked hard to get me the exact deal I wanted. He is very professional and courteous. Speaks both English and Spanish. I did not feel pressured to buy. It was a pleasure dealing with him and West Kendall Toyota.

Great team

Great team to deal with, From Francisco Brenes and Mr. Flexas (the sales reps) to Ashley the Finance manager. It was truly a smooth and quick transaction and a great deal!!

Great service!

Buyer Beware

I drove from Boca Raton, Florida for a used car advertised with specific safety features. Went down saw the car, purchased the car and as I was leaving fortunately found the original window sticker. The car did not have the $2,200 safety package they clearly advertised and stated the car had. Upon realizing their error they were very insincere about the issue. I refused to take delivery and am extremely disappointed in the 3 hour process. They won't being seeing me again.
