I had took my Toyota tundra for oil change steed Motor

I had took my Toyota tundra for oil change steed Motor oil they put transmission fluid messed up my truck. Service manager Melissa 13800 Sw 136 st. Miami Fl 33186 Mauricio service advisor and Justin Garcia service advisor when complaints are file they damage your auto and they sabotage your auto. And they cover up. Toyota should all be closed up no one should by any auto or by any auto they covers things up . And they are all layers and cover up things . They were good ones but now they are no good and they are worst to the worst. And soo low that they stoled my daughters food donated by the church how low can you be .

Andy Suarez helped me with my new lease and turning in my old one. He took all the time I needed and answered all my zillion questions too. Took the time to explain everything too and how it works. This was my first time purchasing from them, but use their service department for years and very happy with them too. I recommend Andy 100% for anyone's new car sales.

the worst dealer of Miami for service a car, big mistake buying service package, i have 3 more service but ii will never come back there, the worst, looks like intentional .

Bought a new Tundra capstone here.

Bought a new Tundra capstone here. The salesmen tried to convince me it got 40 miles to the gallon, common sense tells you it don't! I ended up buying it and ot was way overpriced, but pressure from the wife convinced me to buy it. Damaged a tire 3 months ago they changed it because it had road hazard coverage. On the way home the center cap came off the rim. I went back and complained to them, they said they would order a new one and call me. 2 months later still do not have it. But the problem lies in the service manager, I have contacted him well over 6 times left him voice mails, and other people have sent him emails he will not contact me back. I will be contacting corpratie about how bad this dealership is. I didn't mention any names here but I will during the coprate call!

Terrible service, I won't come back here again. I just returned from West Kendall Toyota, supposedly I had an appointment for today at 7 in the morning and I was the first to arrive there, they did not respect my order of arrival, nor the appointment I had and they sent me to line up at an office with several people in front that I don't know where they came from......, when I explained to the young woman who was there, she practically told me that that was not her problem..., this is a total lack of respect for customers Because if you have an appointment for 7 in the morning, the time the service opens, you assume that you will be attended to at that time.

Don't waste your time at this dealership. Find another one ASAP. THEY SOLD THE CAR WE HAD RESERVED!!! We went to speak with a sales rep about leasing a car. The sales rep didn't even gives us his name just told us to sit and he would be right back. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, we walked out and left. The online sales team we were chatting with (very good team by the way) asked for us to come back the following week because the vehicle we had reserved (we put $$ down) was ready for pick up. When we arrive we were made to wait, AGAIN, only for them to tell us that THEY SOLD THE CAR WE HAD RESERVED!!! terrible customer service at this dealer. They had no regard for our time and the money we put down for the car we were told was on hold for US. Very disappointing experience.
