I have purchased many vehicles over the years. My purchase with Gordon Chevrolet is the best I have ever experienced. I would like to thank the entire staff for a pleasant experience, but especially Erin Pride. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of. He has kept constant communication and has proven that he truly cares about customers. I can't say enough about how good he was to me and my family. In addition, I would like to thank Gordon Chevrolet for not just making promises to get the sale, but actually following through. It is a testament to their customer service and their honesty as a dealership. Once again, thank you. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them when I am in the market.

Excellent experience dealing with Gordon Chevrolet’s Sales consultant Donald Wyche. Our initial inquiries about the car were by email, asking him various detailed questions, and Donald was very courteous & prompt in providing me all the information I requested. With that said wife & I made the trip to the dealership the next day, test drove the car & finalize a great deal with my trade. We drove home same day with a super clean CPO Certified 2016 C7 Z51 A8 Corvette with 8,400 miles on it. P.S. Bruce the Sales Mgr. is a real car guy, and it was a pleasure talking with him about all our previous performance type car ownerships.

In the middle of the night I found a great deal on a Chevy SSR at Gordon. Just what I was looking for at a great price. I was told a salesperson would call me the next day. The salesperson called me and told me that she would check into the vehicle and get back to me. She did not mention that they had any other parties interested and I appeared to be first in line. She called me back to tell me that the dealership was evaluating if they wanted to sell the car or not due to mechanical issues. I decided I would make an offer on the car regardless of the mechanical issues because it was a great deal and I could get the car fixed myself. When I called back to discuss it with the saleperson, she said the car was already sold to a wholesaler. I absolutely hate this kind of stuff. Why do dealerships advertise cars for sale that are really not for sale? I hope someone from Gordon sees this posting and reads it and looks into what really happened.

Great service and help on purchasing a new car. Kurk, Vinny and Vickie were knowledgeable, and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Vinny if I had any problems before he called me to see how I was doing to give him a call.

I stopped at Gordon Chevy after looking all over jaxonville Florida almost hopeless trying to find a decent used truck. Every place I stopped at the trucks were either WAY over priced, too beat up or super high mileage or all 3. I walked in the door and was immediatly greeted at the door with “hey how are you? Can I help you with anything? I told them what I was looking for and the position I was in for what I was trying to find. At first the salesman MIKE CRAFTON said he wasn’t sure but immediatly started to dig to be sure. He told me to follow him to the back to see about the trucks that weren’t on the lot or in the system yet and explained on the way that they might not have anything but to please tell him what I was looking for so he could help me find what it was I was looking for. (True sincerity I could tell) The first truck we saw was a 04 Dodge Ram. WITH ONLY 64k MILES!!! Beautiful truck absolutely flawless! I test drove the truck and loved it BEST STRAIGHTEST DRIVING TRUCK YET. I asked if he could get me approved and he said “we can try our best!” I filled out the app and got a prompt approval. Once the approval it was time to talk numbers I thought “oh boy here comes the doom and I love that truck” they worked with me so much and really helped me out! Gave me an EXCELLENT price on my trade in and gave me EXCELLENT options for payment and term of payment. These guys stayed after closing time just to give me time to fill out as much paperwork as I could with the info I had at the moment. The next day I went in to finish up the paperwork and actually thought I was going to pick up the truck and to my surprise they had it in service put new brakes all the way around 4 new tires and made sure that truck was RIGHT and NEEDED NOTHING before I left. I still haven’t picked up my truck yet do to situation but I CAN HONESTLY SAY THESE GUYS CARE AND DO BUSINESS RIGHT! THEYRE UP FRONT, POLITE, VERY PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, ON POINT AND UNBELIEVABLY NICE TO HAVE CONVERSATION WITH. TALK ABOUT GOOD SERVICE, IT CANT BE PUT IN WORDS! MIKE CRAFTON THANK YOU YOURE SO AWESOME MAN AND THANK YOU GORDON CHEVY FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID TO WORK WITH ME COULDNT BE HAPPIER!

I had a really great experience at this dealership! I worked with Bruce and Vincent. They made this very easy and didnt give me the run around at all like other dealerships have in the past. They listened to what I wanted and worked hard to get everything I wanted very easily and quickly. They will definitely have my business any time. And I will always recommend!

Donald was so helpful. He answered all of my million questions with no gimmicky lingo. Explained the pros & cons of each vehicle I was interested in & his knowledgeable reviews weren't based on the price of each vehicle; which was refreshing after stopping in at other dealers. We love our purchase & even after the deal was done Donald still helped us put batteries in the headsets for the DVD players for the kids. We have a very tight schedule & he was so patient with us & our time constraints. Mike was also so friendly & our kids keep asking when we can go back & see them!

I bout a Chevrolet Volt from Gordon Chevrolet in Orange Park on Sat. Sept 22 and called back on Wed. Sept.25 with some question about the car. After being told several different things from several different people I was finally told there was really only one person that knew anything about the car and he was out of town till next week
