I always get my oiled changed here. I have purchased two prius from them and am completely satisfied with their service.

Keeping me informed

I was scheduled for an oil change, but the dealership (Service employees) keep me informed about other issues that may arise. I appreciate the heads up on other things that will keep my car running well past the 110,000 miles I currently have one it!

Regular maintenance

We always return for our service needs. After explaining our the service needed, we are asked if we need a ride anywhere or our pointed to the very nice customer waiting area. We are also advised of any future service points. Great technicians and wonderful service, we'll continue to be their customers.

Oil Change

I went in last Thursday for my regular oil change and they changed my oil and my oil and AC filters. On Sunday morning my husband noticed a large pool of oil under my car. Seems the maintenance person forgot to put in the oil plug. Luckily we were still able to drive the car the 26 miles back to the dealership and they did quickly perform the repair. I now have a mess in my garage and I have lost the trust I had in their maintenance personel. Not sure if I will go back again.

45,000 mile maintenance visit

Not only did we receive good service faster than we'd been prepared for, but we were pleased some items that could have been duplicated for service were not, since new tires had recently been installed and the brakes had been checked at that time. We were very pleased with the service. Janet

Great place

Service is always on time. Waiting area is incredible, comfortable, internet. John in service called me with estimate, and car was done on time. I highly recommend the entire organization to anyone looking for new, used or service. I purchased a used car out of town, and brought it to the service shop for completing the work. I had a choice on which dealer to go to in town for warranty work, but I chose Andersen Weber due to my past positive experiences. Thanks

A pleasant experience

While my vehicle was being serviced I sat and read an enjoyable book while drinking a complimentary cup of coffee. The service was routine and no additional problems complicated the process. At the end I thought the cost was a bit staggering for a routine maintenance. I do expect good quality work.
