Brand new Prius

We had a fabulous car buying experience with our salesperson Russ Webber. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He answered e-mails promptly with direct answers to our inquiries. He helped us set up the bluetooth phone and many other helpful extras. It was a wonderful experience. I go to alot of dealers for service work and parts as we are a used car deaership. AW is top notch in every aspect. From the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff to the comfortable waiting room with Starbucks coffee! This shows AW cares about their customers as well as takes care of their employess. Excellence in Service

This dealership is in the top of its class in providing prompt, complete and reasonably priced repair and service. Their staff, especially Steve in Service, explain what the vehicle needs and they do not add unnecessary items. A great bargain. And Russ Weber is a fair auto dealer, always helpful.

Oil Change, etc.

I cannot overstate the excellent service I received when obtaining my recent oil change, etc. The care taken to be sure all was done quickly, efficiently and in a quality manner was the best. Headlight Repair

The dealer replaced a high beam headlight on one side and a low beam headlight on the other side, which was quite a process involving removing the bumper because of the high voltage lights. They arranged for the manufacturer to pay 90% of the cost, and they completed the repair in the time that they had suggested that it would take.
