Took my car in for the first time to this dealership for service. Called same day and was able to bring it in that afternoon. Did the repairs while I waited. Very courteous. FYI dealership and service are at different locations about 6min drive awzy.

Everyone involved in the process was extremely helpful and very friendly and inviting. There was no pressuring from the salesmen and they were very accommodating.

It took longer than expected (8:30 a.m. appointment for which I arrived 10 minutes early; but 2 hours, start to finish), for essentially an oil change

Our 2016 Kia Forte was towed by Kia Roadside Assistance for a no-start condition, after my daughter had stopped for gas. We are former Prestige Kia customers, having leased 5 Kia's from them and Purchasing the Forte all within the last 5 years. We have been looking for a new Kia dealer to take our business too, so im glad they towed it to Jack Daniels Kia. They checked the car out right away, called me with an estimate for a new battery, and labor to check the car out and install, i thought the price was Very reasonable, being a retired auto mechanic for 30 years, i know what things cost, and was very surprised at how competitive the pricing was. Mark the service manager called me to discuss the repair, i gave him the ok, and to my surprise was able to pick the car up that same night !! Mark was a pleasure tondeal with, and i think we just found our New Kia Dealership. We will be returning 2 lease vehicles within the next year, and will certainly give the Sales dept. an opportunity to earn my business. Thanks again for the great service.

This dealership was fast, extremely friendly and accommodating, and most of all understanding. They understood by budget and were honest with me from the start. I would would recommend Leon and this dealership any day!

I came to this dealership extremely excited to purchase my first car and I left crying. I completely felt pressured into choosing the car I left with. I was bombarded with at least 4 different salesmen trying to convince me to leave with a car that I didn’t want. It was completely overpriced for a basic model and I was in the dealership for about 6 hours full of stress and anxiety. I highly do not recommend this dealership.

They were extremely professional, great customer service, and kept me apprised with every step. Great experience, the wait was not long. Any questions I had were answered. Will return for future servicing.

First thing I walked in and people were very hospitable. Mark and Dustin were great! Mark kept me up to date on the status of my car and even got me a shuttle to back to my house.
