Everyone at Jack Daniels Kia made this a painless experience. It all started with Christina who helped schedule an appointment to come to the dealership. Upon my arrival, Ray Broomfield was welcoming. I quickly learned that Ray was very knowledgeable about my choice of vehicle and honest. Jason, the manager was also welcoming and appreciative of my presence. Alex was exceptional when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. He walked me through the phone application, the vehicle’s equipment, and had such incredible patience throughout the process. Even Leon, with whom I did not work directly, was friendly and welcoming. The review are correct. This is a dealership not to be overlooked. Car buying experiences are often dreadful. I had gone to several dealerships looking for the new 2020 Kia Telluride. These are in high demand and reasonably so. I left Jack Daniels for last and as I always do, I left the best for last. No hassle, no BS, nothing but honesty and personability. At the helm of my purchase was Wael "Will" Ihmaid. He single handling changed the notion that purchasing a car can be a bad experience. We were fortunate to work with him and within minutes, knew we were in the right place talking to the right person. Bravo, Jack Daniels! Bravo, Wael!!! I love my new Telluride! Thank you.
