First time at Jack daniels

They did a comprehensive interview to determine if I had any issues with the car that they could address. After examining my Kia, they determined additional maintenance was required due to poor, uneven tire wear on 2 tires (29,000 mi). I was given a time estimate to complete everything along with the extra costs involved. The time was reasonable and a car wash was included at the end. My service agent Mark, noticed some sap was still on my hood and drove me around to the maintenance ares where several men fully rubbed off the stain with wax and elbow grease. This was much appreciated.

first time at the dealership!

Everything was made easy and understandable!! Leon was very kind to my dad which I respect ? grateful how I did not get any headache from this process. Super friendly people here and I’m excited to drive my new Kia Soul !! He also reassured me on The graphite color which I was hesitant about but it made me feel better that he liked the color too haha

Horrible

My husband and I went to this Fair Lawn service center for the first time since Tenafly one closed. We were very disappointed by the customer service by the manager. He was very argumentative tourist my husband, saying no to everything we expected from any Kia dealers, such as honoring warranty and service coupons, he kept saying they were a corporate so they couldn’t processed our request. This dealership is just a big corporate xxxxxx. They lost a new customer for a couple of dollars.

Quick, convenient service

Pleasant employees make you feel at ease as you wait. There is a coffee machine as well as snacks provided if you choose to wait. They’ll give you a lift home if you can’t wait there.

Excellent customer service

The service team in Fairlawn was excellent. They gave me a shuttle ride home so I didn’t wait hours in the showroom. John, Tom and Matt all made sure that I was taken care of. My car was washed and vacuumed beautifully. I can not say enough about their attention to detail. Thanks, I will be sure to come back again.

Predatory dealer

When you add $1500 to the price of vehicle as prep-fee any 'good deal' on a vehicle becomes instantly 'not a good deal' (this is besides the doc fee which was around $500. So, buyers, please be aware of this. Secondly, the guy I dealt with totally unprofessional. When inquired about the used vehicle I was interested in he first told that was sold. Then somehow had a revelation and remembered the vehicle was available (don't forget the people there knew I was coming for the vehicle). Not to tell you about the price. He had about 2 different prices. First $9500 and then when I told him the vehicle was advertised as $7500 said that differs from site to site depends who advertised the vehicle. The vehicle had rear bumper broken that didn't show in the pictures or specified in the description. He justified it as used car and sold as is. Going back to his desk he was like see on my site I have it at $8000 (after first said $9500). Awful experience, unprofessional staff, not only this guy but also the ones I communicated online with. They didn't even bother to show up to say 'hello' or something. I have more to say also about leasing because I also tried to lease a vehicle but I lost my patience. What they advertise as lease as low as $54 for example they don't tell that you need to put down like $7000. All kind of tricky practices in order to lure you to come in. I will also complain to the BBB so people will find out the truth about them.

Great service
