I first went to Honda in Cedar Rapids and wasn't very impressed, I then went to Toyota in Hiawatha and was extremely impressed with Terry Helgeson. My dad has bought a car from him and really enjoyed the process, so it was easy for me to go there too. The process of buying my new car was smooth and easy. He made everything simple and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend someone to that Toyota and specifically to Terry.

We initially had a rough start working with a previous salesman that did not return our calls; however, we went back and found Terry Helgeson. Terry provided excellent customer service. He knew his product very well and walked us through the whole car buying process. Terry's job did not end with us signing the paperwork; he continued to answer questions and helped with programming our phone and garage door opener into the car after the sale. Unlike what you may read online about car salesman, Cedar Rapids Toyota was very straightforward and fair with their pricing, financial process, and paperwork. We have purchased from here previously and when the need for another car arises, will look to Terry and this dealership again.
