My experience when looking for a car was one I will continue to share with others who are looking to buy a new car. Terry was a great sales person, he was not pushy at all. I knew with all the time he spent with me that he wanted me to get what I wanted and what I could afford. He took much time in making sure we found something I would be very happy with. Terry is the name I mention when I talk about buying a car with family and friends. I will continue to refer them to him when I know they are looking to buy. He will make their experience a great one. The service for my first oil change was very pleasant, even with it being complimentary, it did not change the way I was treated. I wish I would have started shopping at Toyota years ago.

After having problems with our previous mpv,we chose a Toyota RAV4.We are very happy with our 2012 RAV4,and and very pleased with the sales proccess!

This dealership is very pro-customer, as evidenced from my buying experience. The sales dept. rates your trade as high as they possibly can and most of the time giving you a bit more. There is no writing a check to show your "good faith." The dealing process is very fast paced with the sales rep. getting back to you quickly with their counter offer. The facility is immaculate, as is the service department. There is no high pressure to sell. Take your time and you will be surprised as to the deal you will receive when dealing with CR Toyota.

Worked with Terry and had an absolutely wonderful experience. He was very willing to spend time with me to discuss financing options and to find the vehicle of my choice. It was a easy process.

We have purchased 2 brand new and 2 "new to us" vehicles from CR Toyota. The most recent vehicle we purchased, we saw online and it was exactly what we have been searching for. We called Alan and asked for his opinion as we were 60 miles away and would only come up if it were actually worth our while. We got a great deal and will gladly come back to CR for any future vehicles. For us, CR Toyota is always the place to start; I think it says a lot about them, as they are also the dealership we buy from.

Terry Helgeson is a wonderful person and sales person. His knowledge of the cars and ability to communicate the information to me was superb. There was never any pressure to purchase from him. I always felt comfortable asking any questions and also being able to come back weeks later to have him show me again how to do things. He has always taken the time to help me.

My wife and I went to Cedar Rapids Toyota dealership on Saturday, March 3rd to test drive a Toyota Sienna, not fully intending to make a purchase that day. The atmosphere of the dealership was exceptional. Facilities were clean and the people were very friendly. Our sales consultant, Dave Birely, was friendly, knowledgable and no pressure. The purchase process was smooth and took less than an hour to test drive and agree on price. They gave a fair price on trade and so far have done a great job taking care of us after the sale. The finance manager, Wendy, was very knowledgable, helping us find the best financing rates available. We couldn't have asked for a better experience

I bought a new Toyota Prius V from Dave Birely at Cedar Rapids Toyota/Scion February 28, 2012. I test drove a car, and CR Toyota had a car with the color and options I requested trailered from another state to their dealership within a couple of days. When I went to pick up my car, the paperwork was ready for my signature, and I drove off the lot in record time! I will recommend Cedar Rapids Toyota/Scion and Dave Birely to all my friends and family -- they are great!
