The sale was easy and well organized - I did my shopping online and by phone. It was a bit crowded due the timing (year end), but the process was well coordinated and smooth.

Accountant

Great Service

Jim Causley has been my dealer of choice since the 1990s. They have sales professionals who really know how to make a deal. They work diligently to always make sure that their customers are getting the best in service for their vehicles. All in all you can't go wrong working with these pros.

Excellent staff and service

Whether for new car sales inquiry, or vehicle service, I have been always treated courteously and professionally without issue. My recent interaction was to obtain routine maintenance on one vehicle out of warranty, and another within warranty. As a result of the Holiday, scheduling involved one vehicle following the other within 24 hours. My service was handled promptly without issue on both allowing timely drop off and pick-up. The service staff understood the needs and did their best to achieve timely schedule and service.

When I have contact with Jim Causley Buick people, I am learning - first of all - how to treat customers in the best possible way and I am trying to do it in my business. But it is difficult. They are simply perfect, they are very professional and Mr. Willard Shell is a real master, hard to follow symbol of exceptional sales person. I just signed Buick lease (fourth term), but I am still under impression of that transaction. Mr. Shell's unique, outstanding skills and personal predispositions, his knowledge and trading perfection are locating him on the highest level of professional hierarchy. It was a real pleasure dealing with such gentleman.I admire his talent, extraordinary attitude and great behavior. I am always going back to that location, because all of them - sales, service or parts representatives - are really exceptional people!

2019 Enclave

I love this dealership everyone is nice and friendly. Ed Daly and Mike Elliot went out of their way to get me in the vehicle I wanted and could afford, and did they get me a beauty so much more on the Enclave that I ever expected. Ed took the time to show me how everything works and gave me front floor mats. Great experience as always Thanks guys
