We had a rather complicated issue with starting our

We had a rather complicated issue with starting our Lexus...sometimes it would start and other times not. We live in Southern Pines NC and the Toyota dealer there had been trying for almost 10 months to try to isolate this issue....after keeping the car again for another three days...it kept starting so the problem could not be identified We finally took it to Johnson Lexus and it just then did not.start...Jeffrey was our lead man on the issue and quickly helped solve the problem...so far our Lexus is behaving nicely...thanks to all involved. Have been to Johnson Lexus for years now...always been 100%

The dealership was very nice, welcoming.

The dealership was very nice, welcoming.Ron Kerr was personable and efficient. However, when I declined an extra service, he heard that I accepted it & charged me for it. After discussion, I am to receive $150 credit on my next service

Salesman was great but that’s about the only

Salesman was great but that’s about the only thing Finance person told me I had to have warrant to get lower interests rate and it was late during the day and kept postponing and post poning finally got the paperwork done when finance company called they asked if we were told I had to I told them yes had to call back told him I needed it changed finance company said it wasn’t required as he told me Next after that took weeks to finally get new paperwork to digitally sign once that was completed My tags were suppose to be transferred they did not do this properly now I have a random new tag in the mail and have had to been to dmv twice and they didn’t turn on paperwork to show my trade in now dmv saying I have a lapse In Insurance ( have to get another form filled out to show I didn’t ) and then go back to dmv again . Johnson Lexus won’t answer the phone half time time and when I do ask to speak with a manager it’s always changed or a long wait time .. this is ridiculous

Just bought a 2024 Lexus at Johnson Lexus . I worked with two different sales people Tom Graves & Mike Allen two great individuals made the process real easy definitely an asset to your company . Alex was great to work with.

Alex was great to work with. We had to wait for our RX 350h to be delivered but Alex kept us up to date on the status, helped us work through the financing and trade in. We got a great rate - better than ou credit union and they matched the Carmax offer for the trade. All aspects of the purchase were handled very professionally.
