My car broke down and my local dealer was on strike, so...

My car broke down and my local dealer was on strike, so Lombard graciously took me in. They got to my car the next day, which happened to be a Saturday, and had it back to me the same day. Very grateful for all their help!

Kelvin helped me today. I was going to just come in for an oil change but talking with Calvin we decided to do the hundred thousand mile check. He explained why he thought it was a good idea to do this check at this time even if it was going to be a little costly for me. So I went ahead and did it.

Service department good Service Manager helpful Service employees .courteous.When I took delivery of my car, it had scratches, wasn't' inspected properly,needed maintenance, although I paid the sticker price of a brand new car. They agreed to correct those issues. Don't ever buy a demo car, you will pay the same price as a new car. Don't let them pressure you.
