I contacted them via Cars.

I contacted them via Cars.com about a specific vehicle I am actively looking for in a hard to find color. I'm a serious preapproved buyer (specifically for this vehicle on their lot!) with a hefty down payment and ready to buy. The listing is allegedly new and I couldn't get the dealership to send me any pictures, hold the car with or without a deposit until I get there within 24 hours, or apparently accept my financing through my credit union. Never had a dealership basically refuse to sell me something when I'm sitting here with cash in hand and was clear that I want to buy the vehicle. Bizarre. Further, the salesperson assigned to me never answered any of my questions or actually facilitated anything. Literally every question I asked was met with "I'll ask my manager." Sometimes I eventually received an answer, sometimes not.

I went in to test drive a Corolla.

I went in to test drive a Corolla. Larry was my point person. He knew all the options included on the SE trim. I had been considering a honda civic. But, after driving the Corolla and some serious negotiation, I drove out that night in my brand new car. They stayed open late and made sure I understood everything. I can't recommend them highly enough.

80 days ago I purchased a certified rav4 paying over 30k,

80 days ago I purchased a certified rav4 paying over 30k, earlier this week there was a little snow driving my child to school, we slid, I took the car to the dealership and it needed tires. It will cost me $1450 at Christmas time. I talked to the managers hoping they will make it right, they said I didn't purchase a new car and I don't have to replace my tires (4/32) at this time. of course if it were their family they would need new tires. unfortunately I trusted their reputation

We just purchased a new Rav 4. Mr. Wesley Radford was our contact. Very professional and knew the inventory. He made our experience easy and enjoyable. 5 stars. All staff friendly and courteous.

I love Toyotas but not LOMBARD TOYOTA

They told me appointment only. I made an appointment with Igor the sales manager. Guy couldn't even give me 2 minutes of his time before shoving his price down my throat and getting angry for me not swallowing it down. I made it clear I'm in the market for a new car and I'm shopping around but interested in one they had in stock so I wanted to come by and see it. Apparently sales people don't sale you the car anymore. They tell you look at the paper on the car and then ask you "YOU BUY!? YES? YES, YOU BUY? NO, OK GOODBYE". I could have that information and conversation over the phone. Thank you for wasting my time.

We just purchased a new vehicle from here Thru Mr.

We just purchased a new vehicle from here Thru Mr. Kenny Jordan. He was probably the Best salesman we ever worked with for a purchase. And we’ve done many in our lifetimes. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the two cars in question. We would highly recommend this dealership, but more importantly Mr. Kenny. This company should be very thankful and proud to have him on their staff. Thanks again Mr. Kenny for your newfound friendship! We’ll definitely pass your info along to anyone we know in need.
