GM 2019 Silverado

We have worked with Clint on our last four vehicles. He returns calls and texts quickly. He always makes sure that he listens to exactly what we want, and he makes sure that we always leave 100% satisfied.

Oil change and tire rotation

Friendly Staff, Quality Service, work was done in a timely maner and the waiting area was very comfortable. I highly recommend Bob Poynter GM in Seymour.

Great Buying experience

Highly recommend Bob Poynter. Clint Waskom was very easy to work with. Once I picked out my truck I was financed and out the door in approximately 45 minutes with a great deal. A+++

Easiest and most pleasant car buying experience

Great customer service! Clint, the salesperson, was very fair negotiating over price and trade-in. He was pkeasant and I never felt pressured. Even got a better loan rate! I love the car...although it's used (2016), it's in excellent condition and is a make/model with a hard to find 2nd row bench seat. I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a car, go see them!

Honest simple car buying experience ��

I cannot say how impressed I was with all of my dealings with Bob Poynter GM. Gray Nelson answered all of my questions and made a deal work quick and efficiently. I rented a car and drove 7.5 hours one way to pick up my new vehicle. No surprises, just an honest and efficient buying experience. Hats off to Gray on being awesome to deal with.

BAIT AND SWITCH

Posted a vehicle online for a much cheaper price than they would sell it for just to get calls and people in the door. Led me on for 2 days and then as soon as they felt like it oops, there was an error in our pricing. Its actually 5,000 more. Let me show you something else. Dishonesty and lies.

Horrible service department

They never fixed the car after having for over 8 weeks . Each time they called saying we can’t figure it out you just need to come get it, I contacted other mechanics explaining issues and I even provided other mechanics contact information and insights but they refused to listen. After they had called me numerous times wanting their loaner back to come get my vehicle telling me it was all ready to go I show up and the seats are down with parts strewn all over the inside, the entire wiper assembly laying in the back with one of the wipers being broken, dirty external panels laying on the upholstery . I would never recommend taking a vehicle to bob poynter service.
