I have been buying vehicles from Bob Poynter Chevrolet for as long as Bob has had the dealership in Seymour. I have never had anything but the best possible service, best possible buying experience, and best overall customer service that I could expect. George Covey has always been who I consider to be my personal contact with the dealership from his days in the service department to my current contact for purchasing new or used vehicles. I have no need to go anywhere else for my transportation needs.

bumbling brits bonus buy

Came up from Kentucky after looking all over web for car for wife. Had to be AWD and certain year/mileage. Getting disillusioned with whole process. Checked out one here and had to bring wife up. Great salesmen with no pushing. Very easy to work with and even though slightly higher on miles felt very good about purchase and whole experience. Great price and no hidden fees. Would recommend to friends and family

Great exceeded all expectations

Excellent service polite and felt like I was dealing with honest people. Clint went out of his way to see that my wife and I were able to purchase a quality truck. I walked away knowing that I was getting what I paid for

Ford f-150

I found the truck I wanted and no hassle deal and drove it home same day. A few days later notice a blemish in the paint on drivers door and took it back and they made it right. And it looks great. I am very happy.

Bought a used Car

Worked with Joe Browning via Online 99% of the deal. I drove up from Evansville for the test drive. I had the Keys in hand and was back on my way home in under an hour. Joe was Awesome from start to finish. I highly recommend this lot

The staff was very friendly

Everyone was very nice and the process was quick and easy. We did not feel pressured at all. We asked that the car be detailed cleaned before we pick it up and that was not a good job but we called and asked if it could be done again and they said yes

Had a brake pad fail By coming apart and gouging the rotor. The service department did a quick and quality job replacing the front pads and rotors on both front wheels. I am very pleased.
