Well received upon arrival. Went over the service to be done and the gentleman in the service center was very careful to discuss each item they would take care of. A very good experience on my part. The service was well taken care of. No exceptions

Wonderful holiday surprise!
I wanted to surprise my wife with a new car for Christmas. Cheryl did a fantastic job of exceeding my expectations. She put all the pieces together (car on time), then went above and beyond with a surprise celebration of Voss employees with song, pictures, and a gift basket when I brought my wife to the dealership - exceptionally well done!

Extremely Satisfied
Extremely knowledgeable sales staff. I talked to several other dealerships in the area and none were anywhere near as technically knowledgeable about the specifics of the vehicles (which is most important to me) as the staff at Voss. Specifically I would like to thank Pete Tousignaut and Damian Jenney for there professionalism and courtesy. I would gladly purchase my next (3rd) New Cadillac from Voss.

Excellent Service
I used the online option to schedule my service appointment and found it to be quick and easy. I received a confirmation email, which I found to be convienient to add to my digital calendar. Eric was my service advisor and think he is awesome! Check in was quick, he kept in communication, and explained in detail what repairs needed to be done and the costs associated.

Comfortabe ride loaded with high tech.
I drove 2004 Cadillac SRX V-8 for 9 years. I test drove 2014 Lexus RX 350 and 2014 Acura MDX , did not like them. I came back to purchase a new SRX again. It is a great car giving you a feeling of comfort, luxury and easy ride. Signing the purchase contract electronically on a built in desk surface screen was nice. I wish I had the system for my business.

SRX wheel bearings
Service at Voss has been very good. The problem that i have is that the car requires as much service as it has. It seems that wheel bearings should not go out at 65000 miles and that there is a design problem or a supplier problem. Either way, the likelihood of me purchasing another Cadillac product gets slimmer with each service call.

We appreciate your business and agree that there are some things that the manufacturer should work on but that seems to be the case with any manufacturer. I can only hope that Cadillac is constantly looking at these things in order to make there future products better!
great service
Voss quickly responded via on-star phone, told me when to expect service man. I got car started before he arrived so drove to dealer where battery, etc was inspected immediately and within 20 minutes was on my way home.
