Voss Village Cadillac

We have never had a dealership treat us like Voss Village Cadillac - meaning - excellent treatment! Not just Rick Stanaford, the salesperson, but the rest of the staff that work there. It is like a family working together. We are very pleased with our CTS and will continue to deal with Voss Village Cadillac. Also, we are passing the word along about the excellent salesmanship we received.

Very easy to do business with. I live 2 hours from the dealership and did not want to make the trip there if the vehicle was not what I was looking for. The salesperson, Pete, was great to deal with on the phone and gave me a very accurate description and condition of the vehicle I was interested in. He was also very pleasant to deal with in person and presented the vehicle very professionally. I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership and Pete.

Integrity! They do not know the meaning of the word. I paid for a new transmission, they handed me a warranty. The transmission failed within the warranty period and they failed to cover their warranty. This cost me thousands of dollars.

This was the first time that I have purchased a vehicle where everyone from the sales staff to the finance manager where very professional and did not preassure me at all. They understand what repeat business is all about. The way they treat customers speaks volumes to how the owners run their business. A first class operation.

Helpful after the sale as well. Service is clean, quick and professional at this dealer. We recently went in to look at a used Ridgeline my wife saw online. Pete took us for a test ride and then showed us an even better deal for what we were needing, a used SRX that was cheaper and had many more features than our original choice.
