Great service

I had to bring my SRX in three times for the lost of audio. Each time it was corrected but the audio went out after a day or two. I received courteous service and updates about the progress. Don and Darrell made sure I had a courtesy car for as long as it took to take care of the problem

Wonderful experience

My whole experience was awesome. I called ahead to talk to Darrell McCormick who has always gone beyond being so helpful. Thw loaner car was ready and immediately I was helped. John Fisk was there,so he jumped on the paper work and he was great. Both of these gentlemen are wonderful contributors and highly dependable .

Great service and attentive staff.

The dealership is clean and well managed. John Fisk is my service rep and he always does an outstanding job of servicing my vehicle. All of the staff are friendly and courteous.

pruchasing/leasing of a new SUV

Very accomodating and warm invironment. Dan Paxton was trying his best to get us a good price. We had to unfreeze our credit report, but forgot to tell us they wanted both of our reports. This took more time.

Excellent Service!

Mr. Abe Washington and Mr. Darrell McCormic are always a pleasure to work with. Mr. Washington picked up my car and left me a beautiful loaner vehicle. He worked with my schedule and communicated with me before he left to come by. Mr. McCormic and his team stayed in touch with updates on my service. Great people.

Great Dealership

The manager/maintenance was very good. The only problem was that the mechanic did not fix one of the issues (rattling noise at the top near the windshield).

Great service, great car

A service representative greeted as soon as I drove in with my SUV. I told him the problem and he was on it. He also made and evaluation of my car and suggested some things that could be done. He quoted me a price and an estimate of how long it may take to do the work. They give me a loaner car and I was on my way.

Overall, pleasant experience. Daniella, my sales consultant did a very good job keeping me informed throughout the sales process. I believe Tom Peacock Cadillac worked hard for me to make a deal that was within my reach financially.
