Daryl McCormick in Service, did a great job of giving me a quote, getting me to drop my car off earlier and get a loaner so work could be completed by the weekend, and explaining what they did and what to look out for.

ALWAYS great service
I called Darryl on the way to work to see if he could fit me in. Within 10 minutes, he had me scheduled with a free loaner set up. Everything done in a timely manner and my serviced and washed vehicle was returned before the end of the day. Darryl is ALWAYS super helpful, even offering to pick up the vehicle and drop a loaner car. This is the 3rd Cadillac I have owned and I have always been impressed with the service at Tom Peacock.

I bought my first New Cadillac SRX from Daniel Enriquez four years ago. Since that date. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the service at Tom Peacock. So when it was time to buy a new car. I went back to Daniel and bought another new SRX. Its a great car!!!! And I love all the new upgrades they have added to this years model.

Attentive Customer Service
I had my XTS in for the recall. Returned home and, literally, that day was told I am due for a tire rotation (compliments of OnStar). Why was I not so alerted at my visit so I will not have to make a second trip to the dealership? It would certainly be a courtesy to the customer.
