Very Satisfied Customer

Customer service is EXCELLENT here! When I call to make an appointment or inquiry, I speak to a helpful and courteous person - not an automated system. Their waiting area is exceptional, with free beverages and snacks - all high quality and including healthy choices. They review current and upcoming maintenance needs, and even provide a free car wash! From beginning to end, my experiences here have always been great! I sincerely believe the quality of care they give my car is why it?s still running at 233,000 miles!

Gordie Boucher Lincoln & Ford in West Bend, WI truly has an outstanding service department. They have been servicing my 2003 Ford F-150 FX4 Supercrew for 7+ years and their customer service is second to none. The auto technicians thorough workmanship is what truly sets this dealership apart from most. Keep up the fine service and work!! OH, by the way, their service waiting lounge is wonderful!!!!

First experience

My wife and I had never been to the dealership before we purchased our vehicle. However, they treated us as if we had been there a 100 times before. They gave me a great trade in value for my old truck and help us with the purchase of our new truck. Would definitely go back.

Great employee base

I receive fast appointment time and service. Have had a screen problem and they have been following Lincolns suggestions to fix but just not quite there yet. Not faulting the dealership but, Lincoln. This problem will not keep me from buying another Lincoln from this dealership in the future. Just a great bunch of workers who are striving to do their best for their customers.
