Friendly and courteous service representatives, cashier, sales people and Parts Department Staff who all have a smile and a friendly hello. Waiting area always has the newspaper, hot beverage machine as well as cold drinks bakery, and seating to watch TV. Private seating areas are also there if you wish to view your cell phone messages.

Escape

Just purchased a new Escape from Gordie Boucher Ford in West Bend, WI. Always a pleasure to deal with these folks. They make the process a pleasure. Salesman was just so helpful as was the rest of the staff. This is the 4th vehicle that we have purchased here and will continue to return for my future maintenance and repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford or Lincoln.

Buying review

Everything was great! Good customer service. Polite and easy process. Only dislike is after buying the truck and making it known it was going from Wisconsin to Notth Carolina, the truck notified me its due for an oil change almost immediately when the road trip began. I expected all fluids to be new and topped off.

Service above and beyond by Kim Gonzales, Service Advisor

Kim Gonzales, Service Advisor, went above and beyond my expectations when I had a problem with my backup camera failing to function at times. Whenever I bought my 2015 Lincoln Mkc into Service Department the camera was functioning and service technicians couldn't find anything wrong with it. Kim initiated a follow up call to me a few weeks after I had the camera checked for the third time. I told her it continued to quit working intermittently, usually when I needed it the most, which was a frustration for me. She then ordered a new camera and called to let me know that it would be in and scheduled a service appointment for the next week. It is so nice to have the new camera working. Kim took the initiative in ordering the camera for my car without my having to ask to have it replaced. I am 200% satisfied thanks to Kim!!
