Everything about this dealer is first class! Rob worked with us and he was very patient and helpful! The earliest and best buying experience in my 43 years of buying cars. Joe, Jim and their crew are a class act! I had a few issues that I wanted addressed before purchasing my 07 cayman. So I ask for a pre purchase inspection, not only did they fix all the issues, they completely covered the cost… really what dealership does that? Well these guys do … outstanding! Buying a car can be a nerve racking experience, especially when I'm in Colorado and my car is in Florida. I have never had such an amazing experience when purchasing a vehicle that I have never seen, from people I have never met. I spoke to Eric and Jim all the way through and now feel as though we're friends. They watched out for me from the start, were very transparent and honest. They were excited for me and didn't forget me after I got my car. They called to check to make sure I was happy. I had a glitch with the radio, they told me how to reset it, I tried and it seemed to work. If it hadn't they were going to buy me a new one!! You do not find a company or people like this too often. I feel very fortunate I found them and would go back to Florida to buy another car from them because people like this are rare and should be valued.
