Internet Purchase - Enclave
I purchased a 2012 Enclave Premium with Cars.com leading me to their Internet Team. I was treated exceptionally well and the experience was painless. I went into the dealership only after the deal was fully negotiated. It took less than 2 hours to close the deal and drive home. I'm in the auto business (banking) and was very happy. I had a follow-up for an accessory installation and their service department was just as courteous and helpful. Well done.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
I found a car I was interested in and called the dealer to ensure that they still had the car in stock. I spoke with a sales representative first thing in the morning and we discussed the specific car and what we were looking for. I called back that afternoon confirming that we would be stopping by the dealership in the early evening to see the car. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by another sales person (extremely incompetent) who told that the sales representative I spoke to was not there and that he would "help" us. He had no idea what we were looking for or their inventory. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT recommend making the drive out there unless you are certain that they have the car you are looking for and make sure you know what sales person will be assisting you prior to arriving!

Thank you for your recent review, I have spoken with the salespeople involved and I understand the issue now. I had a hard time because you did not name names or the vehicle in question. When you called in to Elizabeth she properly answered the question as yes. We did have the 2008 Escalade in stock but it was not the one you were looking at on Cars.com you were looking at one of the 2009 Escaldes of which there were 2 and now there is only 1. So I assume you found the original one without the middle row being a bench and purchased it. I hope you enjoy the Escalade, it is a very luxurious vehicle, congratulations. Acadia is sweet!
Russ was very polite, very knowledgeable, and very comfortable to be around. I just test drove today, but hope to be back soon to go all the way through the buying process. The Acadia I drove was awesome, in just one word. Can't wait to call it mine.

Buying First car for teen
