Folks let me warn you about this place and its sales

Folks let me warn you about this place and its sales folks. They are the best liars and thieves there are. I thought I was pretty good and not getting taking advantage of but nope, they got me. Dont go to this place. They will try to wow you with their shop, their cars saying they want your business and they'll do everything to earn it but its just talk. Im a disabled Vet and had two surgeries last year and Im scheduled for me nest surgery in May(2025) I have a fixed income like most of us folks today. I also help take care of my grandchildren but that doesnt matter to these places as long as they get every penny from us. Dont trust them..

The customer service was great. Everything was done in a timely manner. I will return to have all of my services taken care of here

Went in for scheduled maintenance was in on time and out

Went in for scheduled maintenance was in on time and out on time. I was promised a Free oil change for the first scheduled maintenance never questioned it they just did the service promised.

The sales & service people are great !

The sales & service people are great ! James in sales is awesome , Cameron in service is also awesome ! But the management doesn't let the employees sell trucks to customer satisfaction , a leftover 2024 MSRP as of 12/12/24 , should be a little lower MSRP to make a deal , I had 37,000 trade & 8,000 cash , and they let me go , unbelievable...

Spent over $6,000 dollars for work on my daughter?

Spent over $6,000 dollars for work on my daughter?s 2011 GMC Terrain in August. Part of that work was the AC. Picked it up that day and 24hrs later AC still not working properly. Gave it some time to see if anything would change and still had to bring it back in. Tech advised it is the fuse box causing AC to not work properly. Told it would be well over $1,000 to fix. This should have been detected and handled the first time we brought it in. Advised service manager that this is unacceptable. Service Manager basically argued their point as to why. Then offered a lower amount of $750. Point is we already paid over $6,000 and expected everything to work properly when we left. Brake work was done as well and we advised brakes were squealing. Tech claimed no noise. So, we are out over $6,000, AC still doesn?t work and brakes are still squealing. Not sure how a company stays in business like this. Not sure how it?s acceptable that a customer spends that kind of money and things work worse on a vehicle instead of better. I guess Nimnicht doesn?t view us as customers since we didn?t purchase a $60,000 vehicle from them.

Hello Mr. Getzan,] Yes sir in late August you did bring in your 2011 Terrain for service and the grand total was $6K for the repairs. New tires were $1,100 new front brakes were $548, the rear brakes were $481, the injectors were $447, the transmission work was $400, the cooling system was $73 along with the rest of services the total was $6,000. When you left your Terrain was repaired and running fine. You said the A/C was blowing only hot air and we fixed that and now you say the A/C is blowing cold and intermittently in November. You say the brakes are still squeaking in reverse only in November. It appears that during routine maintenance that we did in fact do all the repairs and replacement of parts correctly. Then in November a few intermittent issues arose and you act like we did not perform the initial service visit correctly. It is not a necessity to buy from us we service any vehicle at any time. We have been in business for 83 years by treating everyone like family and we still do. I am sorry that you feel this way now. They sold us a certified pre owned car with many

They sold us a certified pre owned car with many mechanical issues, we had to return to the dealership multiple times to get them to look at the engine and find all the issues that needed repair. We reported the check engine light 2 days after purchase and they are just now repairing the problem almost 1 month later. The used sales managers response is all sales are final and the truck is no longer their problem.

Customer service

I didnt get the advisor I requested, he never called when the car was ready (which I requested) he hasnt called regarding the parts availability which has been a week. Cameron should not be in service. Worst customer service have experienced.
