74 years of great service

My uncle was a doctor at NAS Jacksonville in 1940-45. He was telling me about the time he went down and bought the last Chevy Convertible in 41. He said the service was great and that Bill Nimnicht was there to give him the keys. Every since my uncle first new car from Nimnicht my family has been bying cars there for 73 years. Kim and I bought 2 new 2015 cars from them in the beginning of the year. E3 worked hard to order Kim's Enclave the way she wanted it. JoAnn in service is the best. Great Job then and great job now. Excellent Service, Unmatched Customer Service

I brought in my 2014 Acadia that I purchased from Nimnicht. I have always received first class service when I bring the vehicle in. I am a believer in letting the business that I purchased my vehicle from, handle all services and maintenance. My first vehicle from Nimnicht was a 2009 Yukon XL Denali that I purchased new. No one other than Nimnicht ever touched my vehicle. It was in tip top shape when I traded it for the Acadia. My Service Advisor, Joan is second to none. I noticed that she has numerous awards on the wall of fame and she deserves each and every one of them. I hope she is being taken care of as well as she takes care of her clients. Thanks for exceptional service.

Helpful!

Joanne saved the day! Driving home from my son's doctor's appointment, I noticed my rear tire pressure was suddenly extremely low. Being 9 months pregnant with a sick 1-year old in tow, the last thing I wanted to deal with was being stranded. I happened to be right by the dealership so I took a chance that they would be able to help. Frantic, I pulled in and Joanne, my regular service advisor, jumped to helped me right away. Although she looked to be having a pretty hectic day herself, she stopped what she was doing and immediately helped me. Not only did they have the tire in-stock, but they were also able to change my oil as well- all in about an hour. I couldn't be more grateful of the help and care she gave. I was very stressed out and on the verge of tears and she calmed me down right away. Not only did she remedy my troubled tire, but she was also able to help me with one of my "to-do" list items (oil-change) that I needed to handle before my 3rd child arrives next week! Thanks Joanne! You made my week and I appreciate your help more than you know!

Truly a great experience!

Fantastic experience! It was a long wait, the Canyon was ordered, but Ray was great. We communicated through the entire experience, and when I say they went above and beyond, that is an understatement. I truly felt like Ray and everyone at the dealership really do care about the customer!

Service & facilities-- outstanding

I first dealt with an awesome female over the phone scheduling my service appointment & rescheduling a few times before arriving at Nimnicht. Sorry, I can't remember her name; but, she was very cheerful & thorough. Upon arrival, Mario in service took care of me. He was very professional & courteous. Unfortunately, I was under the impression that my repair would be covered through my "extended warranty" bought outside GMC, only to discover it wasnt. So, I couldn't afford the repair out - of - pocket that day. Nonetheless, Mario was emphatic & didn't try to make me feel bad or pressure me in any way. Thank you Mario & everyone at Nimnicht. 2 thumbs up :) The only thing i didn't like was their waiting area had tvs in each corner on different channels. Couldn't hear theone i was wat ching except the one over my head-- no matter where I sat.

Superb!

I purchased a 2010 Buick Lacrosse. from the time I sent a contact email at about 9am all the way to delivery of vehicle at about 2pm, The service and staff was excellent! Reception, Manager on duty, Ken the salesman, and finance. All were very friendly. I felt very comfortable as if I were a guest instead of a customer. I will refer all i know to Nimnicht!

Steve Elliott in service if it wasnt for Steve i would still be driving a chevrolet When Steve Elliott moved to Nimnicht GMC i traded my chevrolet in and bought a gmc denali xl Steve introduced me to James Jones in sales Steve has treated me like im a family member and james jones has been a great person to know the entire staff at Nimnicht are unbelieveable everyone I have come in contact with over the years ,seem so enthusiastic always smiling always saying hello hav you been helped Nimnicht GMC OWNERS run an excellent business . and I always recommend Nimncht GMC to potential buyers as long as Steve Elliot is in service dept and James Jones stays in sale I will be a Customer for Life
