I was able to wait for my cars oil change and muti point inspection. And it was performed in a reasonable time. I have a 2014 Volt and there are not a lot of service options on who can work on this car.

A+ service and Randy the sales person he is just honest,, I did and will continue to drive from Las Vegas NV to Irvine Simpson Chevy to have my car serviced and will definitely buy from them again ,,, I bought a new 2021 suburban,,, a new 2023 suburban and just ordered a new 2025 ,,, it is worth the drive to me and to have honesty in buying.this company is no xx.

Buing a BOLT EUV

All the associates we interacted with were very professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and patient when explaining the features of the car and the costs. The finance department also did not push unnecessary warranties. They were very easy to interact with and they made the process of paying for the vehicle as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this team to my friends and neighbors.

Warranty Repair

It was an unbelievably bad experience. The vehicle was at the dealership from late June to early August for an OnStar repair. It should have been an easy repair that didn?t take this long. The vehicle was returned damaged and the dealership needs to repair the vehicle. Further, the vehicle now reeks like a mechanics garage. I would not recommend this dealership.
