Vehicle service

Todd was attentive and didn?t try to talk over my head with what I thought. With all the service I had done this time it was completed in a timely manner with my appointment time and end time. Well done Todd and the mechanics.

Disappointing

I went in to get my car serviced after a check engine light came on. Was told repairs would be 2,500 to repair all fuel injectors plus transmission and brake fluid replacement, when I asked for the repair of just the one I was then told that was actually the price for just the one injector. When I found a shop across the street that would do it for less than half the cost, I asked if they could lower the price at all so I wouldn?t have to move the car around I was told no and ?good luck they don?t know what they?re getting into?. I?ve hear negative things from here before and now I share the same negative experience.

I found the people I delt with or who worked on my car to be honest. The service was very quick and I was able to pick up my car much sooner than I expected.

Poor Sales Experience

I was in town visiting with my 22 corvette and noticed they had some new cars in stock. I stopped in to look and inquired if they would be interested in buying my 22. Took all the info said their buyer would be in contact, never got back to me. I was interested in a new z06 they had on the showroom, with an incredible markup, but guess I can find one at another dealer.

Did not over charge

They worked to find the issue with my car and didn't try to overcharge.

SHAME ON YOU FOR SCARE TACTICS

The first time I took my 2019 Chevy Colorado (approx. 20,000 miles) in for regular oil change maintenance, all other diagnostics on my car came back great. A week later my battery was completely dead. Seemed strange since my battery diagnostics came back with a clean bill of health the week before. The second time I took the car in for regular maintenance (approx 25,000), the service technicians put the fear of God in me stating the that the car was not safe to drive. It needed brakes, rotars, etc that was going to cost me $1200. I hadn't heard any squeaking, the car wasn't shaking - nothing that they should I have experienced. I was supposed to take a road trip the next day. I declined the service as the service technicians kept persisting that the car was not safe to drive and trying to scare me. I took the car on a 1,000 mile road trip the next day. I had the car inspected by another Chevy dealer in another state, they looked at the notes in the system and basically said the car was completely fine. NOTHING was wrong with my car! SHAME ON YOU Simpson Chevy. Trying to scare me into paying for something that the car didn't need especially since the car has only 25,000 miles. I definitely will never have any of my cars serviced with you in the future.

Brainy Vu (Sales Rep), Martin Miller (Manager), and Martin Lopez (Finance Manager) were attentive, speedy, efficient, and respectful to my husbands and my wishes when it came to all aspects of finding and purchasing our brand new Chevrolet 4x4 custom truck. Each representative of Simpson Chevrolet that worked with us understood the urgency of our limited amount of time and respectfully followed through the process of the purchase of our truck with a positive and happy attitude. We love our truck and experience that we had with Simpson Chevrolet. We appreciate all of you.

Excellent customer service!!

My new Trailblazer was due for it's first oil change. I made an appointment, and my service advisor, Todd Ross, was very professional, courteous, informative and efficient. While there, I mentioned to him that my 2023 vehicle came with a 2022 manual, from another dealer (in LA county near my job) which was no good, as the dash readout screens had changed. Todd was kind to see if he could order one, which he succeeded in doing. This is amazing to me, because when I went to where I bought the vehicle and asked for current manual, all they did was take my name and number, said they'd call me when it comes in. Never heard a word from them. This is why i came to Simpson, which is near my home. Todd ordered the manual as well as parts that weren't available when I bought the car. But Penske never kept me updated on when the parts were available, which the parts now are. KUDOS to Todd Ross!! He ordered all of the above items, and contacted me when they arrived. Now that's GREAT service, plus he's a super nice pleasant gentleman. I'll go nowhere else. Thank you Todd!!

Fast easy experience!

Arrived at simpson around 9 am, drove off in my new trailblazer 3 hours later!!!! Excellent service and awesome work! Sales and finance staff is on point!!! Would highly recommend!!
