Warranty Repair
It was an unbelievably bad experience. The vehicle was at the dealership from late June to early August for an OnStar repair. It should have been an easy repair that didn?t take this long. The vehicle was returned damaged and the dealership needs to repair the vehicle. Further, the vehicle now reeks like a mechanics garage. I would not recommend this dealership.

Disappointing
I went in to get my car serviced after a check engine light came on. Was told repairs would be 2,500 to repair all fuel injectors plus transmission and brake fluid replacement, when I asked for the repair of just the one I was then told that was actually the price for just the one injector. When I found a shop across the street that would do it for less than half the cost, I asked if they could lower the price at all so I wouldn?t have to move the car around I was told no and ?good luck they don?t know what they?re getting into?. I?ve hear negative things from here before and now I share the same negative experience.

Poor Sales Experience
I was in town visiting with my 22 corvette and noticed they had some new cars in stock. I stopped in to look and inquired if they would be interested in buying my 22. Took all the info said their buyer would be in contact, never got back to me. I was interested in a new z06 they had on the showroom, with an incredible markup, but guess I can find one at another dealer.

SHAME ON YOU FOR SCARE TACTICS
The first time I took my 2019 Chevy Colorado (approx. 20,000 miles) in for regular oil change maintenance, all other diagnostics on my car came back great. A week later my battery was completely dead. Seemed strange since my battery diagnostics came back with a clean bill of health the week before. The second time I took the car in for regular maintenance (approx 25,000), the service technicians put the fear of God in me stating the that the car was not safe to drive. It needed brakes, rotars, etc that was going to cost me $1200. I hadn't heard any squeaking, the car wasn't shaking - nothing that they should I have experienced. I was supposed to take a road trip the next day. I declined the service as the service technicians kept persisting that the car was not safe to drive and trying to scare me. I took the car on a 1,000 mile road trip the next day. I had the car inspected by another Chevy dealer in another state, they looked at the notes in the system and basically said the car was completely fine. NOTHING was wrong with my car! SHAME ON YOU Simpson Chevy. Trying to scare me into paying for something that the car didn't need especially since the car has only 25,000 miles. I definitely will never have any of my cars serviced with you in the future.
