Simpson Chevrolet of Irvine

Simpson of Irvine took the time to explain and offer me additional coverage and packages for the vehicle I was purchasing, but nothing was forced on me. Their customer service was impeccable and everything went smoothly during the purchase of my vehicle. From the time I called about the vehicle to driving off the lot, every employee of Simpson Irvine treated me with respect and were upfront/honest. I appreciate their help in the process of finding the right vehicle for my family. I would highly recommend their dealership and will be an ongoing customer for years to come.

Chevy colorado service

It was my first time there, I needed to drop my 2019 chevy colorado for service. Todd Ross helped me, he greeted me right away soon as I pulled up in the service department. They did a great job a Simpson Chevrolet.

A Great Service Experience at Simpson Chevrolet

My Service Advisor, Lance Schroeder, greeted me upon arrival and thoroughly explained the process for necessary service (both requested and a recall initiative). He took the time to understand that I needed transportation in order to complete other obligations I had later in the day by going the extra mile to locate and provide me with a very acceptable loaner.

Order process Camaro

WORST CHEVY DEALERSHIP EVER

DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!! This is probably the most disorganized, unprofessional & unexperienced dealership and representatives that I worked with. My assistant called in to the dealership to get a new key programmed due to a lose of 1 key. The dealer said they can do that no problem and scheduled a time to take it in today. After i dropped the car off they call me later to inform me that they cant program the key because I don't have the 2 original keys when we specifically told them that is the reason we need a new key programmed because we lost one. Then Lance said, " oh then we wont be able to help you" I said okay so what if i lost both keys are you going to tell me my 90k car is gone? he said "that is a good question, let me check with my manager" then he comes back saying we can reprogram 2 but we cant reprogram 1??? i said that does not seem right at all. It seemed like they were just trying to upsell me to reprogram 2 instead of one. I just took the car to a different dealership and got the key programmed within an hour. Chevy or Irvine has been reported and i have an active case with corporate against them. Thank you for wasting my time.
