Great Service
I called to see if I could drop my car off for an oil change and be taken back to work and I was told yes I could. I arrive and Art typed up the paperwork for me to sign and called for transportation back to work. Art the courtesy shuttle driver came dropped me off at work and returned to pick me up at the end of the day. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I love coming in.

Clean facilities
I love the waiting room. It is spacious. It has computer space with free internet and printing, a nice tv, free coffee and donuts, etc. Oh, I also like the free car wash:) I almost forgot the very spacious and clean lavatory:)

Great Service
went in to order a car and decided to get a oil change while i was there. the service department along with the cashier were friendly and got me out quick. The salesperson Gabe was great listen to what I wanted and help me make the best choice. This was my first time at the dealership and it was a great Experience.

Mike in the service dept. was helpful in getting me into a loaner when my escape was down. Charles Bell was great in getting me into a new escape when Mike told me that it would cost me to much to fix my car.

As always, the Service Department's staff is very professional and courteous. I have had my truck into Bob Maxey Ford (Detroit) several times for service. Fortunately, most of the time it has been for oil changes and 5000 mile maintenance checks. My experience was great. Mike and Wayne are awesome!

A+ treatment
Mark O'Bryant made this deal happen. Being 506 miles away in Syracuse NY, he was essential to my purchase. He took the time to send me the extra pictures I wanted, and never once blew me off....knowing the distance between us could have easily resulted in a deal that fell apart. Having worked at Koerner Ford in Syracuse for 15 years in service as a diesel truck technician, I found myself going the extra mile for people as Mark did for me. His experience and customer service didn't go unnoticed.
