Service just seems to be slow. Waiting area is nice but service area itself just doesn’t seem to be as customer focused as other places or even as I feel it was when we first went there.

I was very well taken care of by Adam and Dave M. Adam was very attentive and patient with all my questions. He’s a good trainer on the technology side too. Dave stopped by numerous times to make sure we were satisfied and happy with my purchase. Excellent customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer since I bought my 2011 MKX At GB and never missed a service appointment. Ken and Dawn are awesome too. It’s for all these reasons I returned to GB for my new car.

Horrible experience! The transmission on my vehicle...

Horrible experience! The transmission on my vehicle (under 60k miles) needs to be replaced, known issue and has an active service bulletin). The repair is covered under warranty and Boucher Lincoln has had my vehicle for 2 days and has not assisted me with a loaner vehicle. They have no consideration for people who need a vehicle to earn a living. I called and spoke to Joe England who claimed to be the GM. Joe is very short with customers and rude! Joe said either him or "Roy" would call me back with some type of resolution, I am still waiting to hear back. If I could move vehicle and take it to a different Lincoln dealer I definitely would. Very unprofessional.

Recently purchased a Lincoln MKC from Gordie Boucher and it was the least stressful car purchase ever. Nick, the internet salesperson was very helpful and the pre-approval process helped to solidify the numbers. Dealership sales manager approached us twice during the process to ask if we needed anything. Business manager, Matt was very organized and the paperwork was all digital, which expedited the entire process. Vehicle was priced right and trade -in fairly assessed. Would highly recommend this dealership.

We started off on the wrong foot because I was early. Told I had to wait 10 minutes till the appointment time. My motto: If you're not early or late. Thing improved after that. Job was done in a timely fashion and I was thanked.

Camaro SS

I recently purchased 2011 Camaro from this dealership and had to say the experience was better than anticipated. Max was a great help with answering key questions about the vehicle, test drive and the financing of the car. I would consider looking for another vehicle from this dealer and recommend Max to friends who are looking for a new or newer car.
