Frank Boucher VW Kia of Racine

They were very helpful and worked with us to give us the best deal! The dealership was comfortable and kept us up to date on where we were in the process of buying our new car!

I worked with Sean Christofferson at Boucher VW, and he was incredible. I highly recommend buying from Boucher and specifically Sean, he was relaxed, no pressure, and informative...upfront. I called other VW dealers and they would either try to restrict information, inflate prices, or try to sell me something I didn't want. Sean helped us secure our brand new manual Golf Sportwagen which is so much fun to drive. Despite the 4.5 hr drive my wife and I would completely buy another car from Boucher and Sean. Point blank Sean desires a raise, I would also like to commend Frank Boucher VW for actually carrying a manual vehicle on the lot.

This is our first VW vehicle and love it. Our salesperson Chris Steiner was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made our car buying experience go smoothly. We recommend this dealership highly.

Scott and the entire staff at Boucher are awesome. Scott helped get our deal done as quickly as possible without the annoying back and forth. We drove an hour and a half from Northern Illinois because the other Kia dealerships didn't have what we wanted. Scott got the exact car I wanted to Racine so we wouldn't have to drive farther. Buying a car is not one of my favorite things to do. Lee McGee of Frank Boucher in Racine,WI changed my mind. He made my car buying Expierence enjoyable. He was very knowledgable about the Kia Soul and went out of his way to find a car with the features I wanted. He was very patient,caring and very pleasant. He spent time showing me how to use all the features of the car even though it was past the closing time. We came to Racine dealership, because Suzanne was the first person from all Kia dealers to call us back after we did a car search.

I want to say that I had the best car experience ever at Boucher KIA of Racine. I had the sales consultant Lee McGee and he was very caring and very thorough. He made me feel comfortable and was very straight with me. I had gone out and looked at cars even before he showed me the one he had for me and low and behold it was that one I chose!!! I love my KIA OPTIMA EX it's sporty and it fits me well. Fran the the finance specialist was AWESOME!!!!! She made me feel good as well. They both deserve a raise!!!!! I could not have asked for better service and I would most definitely recommend this car dealer to my friends, family and anyone else that asks. Boucher KIA of Racine took very good care of me. Started process via internet with Suzanne Elliott and then worked with Sales Consultant Ryan Echtenacher, both were knowledgeable and good to work with. Never felt pressure like other dealerships. Purchased a Kia Forte.

I had been searching and pricing the 2015 Kia Optima for the past 5 months within a 100 mile radius of where I live; so when I came across this very nicely priced Optima - I put everything down and sped to Boucher. They were thousands of dollars less than their competitors. I am still in total shock because not only did it have the must-have sunroof, but also all the other options I felt were important (like heated leather steering wheel and seats, power heated mirrors, plus remote start!!). I have bought many, many vehicles in my day elsewhere - but this is the very first time that I felt really good about it. Thank you Mike, Scott, Keri and Suzanne for keeping it real!
