My husband and I had been looking for a new mini van for approximately 3 months. We test drove every mini van on the market and had finally decided between the new Chrysler Pacifica and the Kia Sedona. Both vehicles had everything we were looking for however, we had a previous Chrysler vehicle that was in the shop more that at home. We had made a previous trip to Boucher Kia and the sales person we had worked with was with another client. The manager then introduced us to Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Sedona and spent nearly 70 minutes going over all of Sedona options, completing the test drive and then working with management to locate the exact vehicle we wanted and at the price we wanted.

I contacted this dealership about a pre-owned certified car that they had listed. Peyton Lee was whom I spoke with. He acknowledged that the car was indeed there and took time to physically inspect the car for me. He contacted me back within the hour. I agreed to purchase the car. He picked my wife and I up from the airport on his day off. Dressed to impress and was very kind and hospitable. We were able to drive before buying for which took more time from his day off. Of course that means that we could also drive a couple of more cars that they had there and found a different car to our likings. Thank you Peyton, for you were wonderful and real good to us.

My original salesperson was not Sarah, however, when I cam back to close on the car, I had Sarah Turner. She was very helpful. She took the time to go over all the new vehicle features, helped me connect to the technology, answered all my questions and was very pleasant to work with. After the purchase, when I had questions, she responded right away. When I had an issue with my purchase, she was able to take care of the issue very quickly. She was very pleasant to work with.

I purchased a used vehicle from Boucher Import. What is unique about my purchase is that I live out of state and did the entire transaction over the phone, via e-mail and FedEx. From my initial phone call to inquire about the vehicle to the final transfer of paperwork the process was flawless! Mike Elliott answered my first call and Tim Nyquist completed the sale. Both gentleman did an outstanding job of representing Boucher Imports! I set my expectations high and they were exceeded, thank you very much!

My current car payments were higher than I wanted to pay and the dealership worked very hard to get me into a lease that almost halved my payments.
