2017 CADILLAC ESCALADE

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH NAPLETON CADILLAC!!! BOB IS A GREAT MEMBER OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMEN TAND AS WELL AS THE REST OF HIS TEAM. I CALL IN AND THEY GET ME IN A LOANER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, AS WELL AS A THERAL INSPECTION ON YOUR VEHICLE. I ALSO HAD A MY TRUCK DETAILED AFTER MY KIDS A BLAST* TRASHING THE CAR AND I HONESTLY CAN SAY THEY BROUGHT IT BACK NEW!!! THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY, AND THATS THE REASON I DID A REVIEW EVERYONE DESERVES A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE :)

2018 MKC power sunroof

Thank you to the service department for quick turn around on fixing my sunroof. I was thinking I was going to get my car back in 2 days. I did receive a loaner car. Within two hours after receiving the loaner car, I got a call from Vince from the service department and my car was fixed. Excellent work!! Mr. Grevious

Use car purchase

August Blancas was very helpful to me in purchasing another vehicle. I had a Hummer H3 year 2006 and it was good to me but the rust had taken it's toll. August helped me purchase a Nissan Murano 2011. August thank you very much.

Great Service

I was in the dealership to get my oil changed and was informed that I also needed an air filter, which was appropriate. I want to say that the customer lounge at the Lincoln building was cold so I went over to the Cadillac building, which was great!
