Great accomation and value for the lease !!

I and my husband were quite impressed with the time, effort and friendliness of Mr. Chris Baxter. He worked diligently with us to help us get our dream car. I look forward to coming in to get tips on enjoying all the features on the car. He went back and forth between us and the finance guys to help us get a reasonable deal. Chris is to be commended that he has the stamina, charisma needed for the job. I give Chris a bigggggg pat on the back. Way to go

Outstanding experience

Mr. Kacy Hale is a wonderful sales consultant, he listened never pushed and was very patient. Mr Hale and his colleagues went above and beyound to assist me. Outstanding experience.

They Do Excellent Work

Car not running properly,as usual the service is excellent.they diagnosed the problem ,solved it with Excellent Service.As given a loaner car so that I wasn't incovienced one bit! Great Job!

Cold blooded

Brought the car in to get checked out. Found a bunch of problems. I got the major things repaired. Communication was good, until i called about the final bill and when would the car be ready. I was charged about $200 for nuts, bolts, screws and or washers. Really??? For pieces that should have came with the parts. I’ve never seen anything that has to be installed that doesn’t come with the items needed for the install. That’s $200+ dollars than i was quoted. And that’s with a warranty. Still paying over grand.

Everything was Lovely, as usual, Love Vince!

Always a great experience, Vince got me in and out as promised. However, it would have been nice to have access to a computer during my down time, second best thing, free WiFi.

Received excellent service done in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. My service advisor, Vince Williams, was especially good. Larry Housman was also very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely return. Also had some sales questions and was helped by Daisy. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Great service

The replacement of my window wiper arm went very well. I was able to get an appointment same day of the problem, and took less than 15 minutes. Awesome with everyone involved. Also I really liked the air freshener in the waiting room.
