Fantasttic Service

Great services and professional staff!

I was pleased with the service that was provided on my Lincoln MKZ. Even though there is still one issue to be resolved due to an issue that Lincoln is addressing (not Napleton), I was well informed about the next steps in the resolution of the problem. The work was done professionally and efficiently. The staff was very personable and showed that they cared about me as a valued client. I was also called the day before my service appointment to confirm and that was appreciated. Thank you for the great service!

Great service

From the time we Purchased our vehicle, with the help from coach. We have been extremely satisfied with the service that we received from Napleton Lincoln and Cadillac! The guys Larry and Vince in the service department are always going that extra mile to make sure that we are satisfied and feel like family at your Napleton Lincoln Cadillac Service department!!

Outstanding Service!

I purchased my 2008 Lincoln MKZ at Napleton L-M and have never gone anywhere else for service. The staff is friendly and helpful and always does their best to take care of me with a minimum inconvenience to me. I have no intention of going anywhere else.

Great service

Was very pleased with service. I was surprised to realize how long it took to complete my repairs. However understood situation with strike going on. But was very pleased to drive loaner car was a very nice car.

Cadillac Service

The waiting room is very warm and inviting. Its clean, bright, warm in cooler months, chilly during hot months. In pass service reps greeted me secomd visit I had to approach them. Check in service was speedy. I left my car for service in the AM. It was ready in the late afternoon for pickup. If I waited I was quoted an hour wait. I will return because close to home.

Good people

I had a good experience aporeciate you all to the max ! However, the services I came in for suppose to come with certain things and I don't think it did(windshield wiper fluid wasn't filled)?
