Oil change

Still have bad feelings

Don?t know why i couldn?t use coupon and loyalty rewards together. Still haven?t received an apology from Vince for hiding the damage done two years ago. Although it was repaired i only return if there?s a coupon.

Great Service as Expected

My service experience was GREAT as always. They get me in and out, and any of my questions or concerns are always addresses. I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and they do a great job sevicing both.

Recall work

This dealership fixed a recall I had on my seatbelt pretensioners on a 2015 Lincoln MKZ. The service was good however, it took 3 months before I got the work completed. My husband experienced poor customer service walking into the dealership 3 months ago. No one would acknowledge him or assist with where to take the car for the recall. It was a poor experience overall the first time ever being at this particular dealership. The second time was better and the recall did not take that long to fix.

Service

Recall regarding the lighting module as well as the Works Package was completed. Service as usual was good. Vince is a great service advisor, he always explains what needs to be done in detail.
