Still have bad feelings
Don?t know why i couldn?t use coupon and loyalty rewards together. Still haven?t received an apology from Vince for hiding the damage done two years ago. Although it was repaired i only return if there?s a coupon.

Recall work
This dealership fixed a recall I had on my seatbelt pretensioners on a 2015 Lincoln MKZ. The service was good however, it took 3 months before I got the work completed. My husband experienced poor customer service walking into the dealership 3 months ago. No one would acknowledge him or assist with where to take the car for the recall. It was a poor experience overall the first time ever being at this particular dealership. The second time was better and the recall did not take that long to fix.
