It’s always 5+ experience at Lexus of Warwick service

It’s always 5+ experience at Lexus of Warwick service Rep Jason is great , the tech team made a video of my service repair which gave me confidence of work done assessment of the overall condition , I was impressed how well my 6 yr old vehicle undercarriage looks & functions . Before leaving Jason laid out a plan for my cosmetic wheel repair with next service & they would provide a loner car for a 2 day time period . Economy and great service are why I come back . Lounge and showroom area are exceptional,

Talk to salesman regarding car to make sure car is available, drove 1.5 hours as soon as I hang up phone to be told car is sold when I got there by the same salesman. Bad business bad communication from LEXUS idealership. I guess doesn't matter LEXUS or used car lot on the corner the street ......
