Excellent service From John May at Lexus/warwick

Kudos go out to John May at Lexus in Warwick for an outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills. He was so professional very pleasant disposition and worked closely and diligently with the insurance company who was a little difficult. I was stress free due to John’s diligence. John was very professional, understood what needed to be done to get my car back to me on time before I return back to Virginia, it always did it with a smile. Nowadays this is very uncommon. Lexus in Warwick you are very fortunate to have John May on your team! With his perseverance and hard-work and coordination, I was able to get back to Virginia with no time. I could not have done it without John’s help. Thank you John and Lexus for this outstanding experience!

New purchase

Overall car buying experience was great! While I wish there was better transparency with financing (they added services I didn’t request to the invoice and then removed them to “lower” the payment) I’m still happy with my purchase and thrilled to be driving a Lexus. The staff was friendly and attentive! I would recommend Lexus of Warwick.

Lexus of Warwick is the best place to fix your car

Jason have been a major part of success for my Suv . He helped me talk to my warranty company and they were able to pay part of the fees for the link and the Ac . My Suv is in a good condition now. The Ac work perfectly now. Thanks to the Lexus of Warwick.

I was driving from the Cape to NYC.

I was driving from the Cape to NYC. Suddenly 3+lights came on and cautioned that my AWD was malfunctioning. I was fortunate that I was near the Lexus in Warwick, RI. when I arrived service advisor, Peppino Palladino.introduced himself. He was amazing, helpful, compassionate and a true gentleman. 2 1/2 hours later I was on the road home. Thanks to lexus of Warwick and Peppe, they couldn’t have been better.

Great service and friendly staff

I was greeted immediately and was made to feel like I mattered. Everyone was very kind and friendly. Joe help me get the car that I really wanted. Karine in finance also very helpful.
