Great service. Brought my car in and was offered a loaner because it was going to take a few hours. Other dealerships have told me “oh a few hours” and I’ve gotten picked up to come back later only to find my car “didn’t get done that day”. The dealership was clean sanitized and organized with excellent Covid precautions. Marc was kind thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me how to use my door key in an emergency to get in and start the car. He truly went above and beyond it felt like it was my uncle taking care of his neice. The dealer I purchased from didn’t take the time to teach me these important things. I was stranded outside of my car after shopping cause the key died. Thanks to Marc it will never happen again.
