Lexus of Warwick

My overall experience with Lexus of Warwick specifically Ernie was great. I walked into the dealership with no plans of purchasing a new vehicle, but ended up walking out with new 2017 Lexus IS300. Ernie answered all of my questions to help me deciding to move forward. I am loving the car so far and will be back when I am next in the market for a new car.

Haven't been to a dealership in over 15 years. Dealing with Ernie Tommasiello was a great experience! He was knowledgeable about the Rx 350 , patient with our questions and highly professional. The special guys at this dealership all work together from the management team to sales dept. and service . I have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years but they are by far the best. From Steve,Neil,Cory and Richard they all work together to make it so easy to purchase a car from them . Then when it needs service which all cars need service PAPINO is there all the time to help you out and make it easy to schedule an appointment.

I was just "browsing", and Ernie came out to greet us. He was very friendly, professional, patient, had a great sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable about the RX350's I was interested in. Everyone I encountered at the dealership that day was very friendly. After we closed the deal, I found out they closed at 6 pm on Saturdays, and I was there until 8 pm! Ernie never said a word, just took his time and didn't try to rush at all. I picked up my 2014 Certified RX350 on Halloween! What a treat! ( for me and Ernie) One of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a new vehicle! Ernie was great!
