Great Experience

My overall experience with Lexus of Warwick specifically Ernie was great. I walked into the dealership with no plans of purchasing a new vehicle, but ended up walking out with new 2017 Lexus IS300. Ernie answered all of my questions to help me deciding to move forward. I am loving the car so far and will be back when I am next in the market for a new car.

Great experience

Haven't been to a dealership in over 15 years. Dealing with Ernie Tommasiello was a great experience! He was knowledgeable about the Rx 350 , patient with our questions and highly professional. Lexus at its Best

Overall, the Lexus of Warwick dealership is spacious and clean; the waiting area is comfortable and amply stocked. All aspects are warm and inviting. Ernie Tommasiello, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable, accessible, and helpful. I would highly recommend working with him.

The best

The special guys at this dealership all work together from the management team to sales dept. and service . I have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years but they are by far the best. From Steve,Neil,Cory and Richard they all work together to make it so easy to purchase a car from them . Then when it needs service which all cars need service PAPINO is there all the time to help you out and make it easy to schedule an appointment.

Ernie Tommasiello

Out experience with Lexus of Warwick was great. We got what we wanted and paid what we wanted. The whole experience was incredible. Excellent experience!

I was just "browsing", and Ernie came out to greet us. He was very friendly, professional, patient, had a great sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable about the RX350's I was interested in. Everyone I encountered at the dealership that day was very friendly. After we closed the deal, I found out they closed at 6 pm on Saturdays, and I was there until 8 pm! Ernie never said a word, just took his time and didn't try to rush at all. I picked up my 2014 Certified RX350 on Halloween! What a treat! ( for me and Ernie) One of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a new vehicle! Ernie was great!
