Lexus RX350 CPO

My experience at Lexus of Warwick was great....thanks to Ernie. As a top salesperson, Ernie treated me with respect, took the time to understand what I wanted in a purchase, and felt he worked hard on my behalf. I was not ready to purchase a car when we first chatted and he did not pressure me in any way. In fact, he kept in touch and continued to provide me with the information I had asked for on possible cars. In the end, I felt I was not only getting a great car, but had made a friend in Ernie as well. Ernie followed through on all of my requests and couldn't be nicer to work with. He made the process very easy for me. I highly recommend working with Ernie for your next Lexus purchase needs.

Car Shopping

Our experience with Ernie Tommasiello leasing not only one but two LEXUS vehicles at the same time at the INSKIP Operation was one of the better ?car-buying? experiences I?ve personally encountered. Even though Ernie was very candid by expressing his ?newness? to the role of being a car Sales-person (likely a benefit), he was always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles we reviewed and never afraid of saying ?I don?t know but will ask.? He always obtained the answer to all of our questions and responded back with an answer. Therefore the process was very smooth and resulted with minimal amount of stress than the typical dealership which is likely the stereotypical reputation for most all LEXUS owners since this being my first time selecting the LEXUS brand after Volvo, Mercedes, and Audi.

Great experience

Having to replace my 2010 Lexus ES350 due to an accident was very sad for me as I loved my car. Ernie Tommasiello made my day! It was such a pleasure working with Erie and I bought a 2016 ES350 that day. I would definitely recommend dealing with Ernie and all of the great staff at Lexus of Warwick.

Ernie is terrific!!!!

This is my second Lexus from Lexus of Warwick, 2017 RX 350 Sport. As much as I dislike the word "hate," I do "hate" buying a car because I always feel that I'm getting screwed. I worked with Ernie, who made the experience palatable. He was delightful and extremely helpful. If he could have taken more off of the sticker, I feel that he would have. Ernie followed up with a phone call several days subsequent to the purchase to ask if I was enjoying my new ride. I would definitely buy from Lexus of Warwick again and most DEFINITELY deal with Ernie again. He is an asset to the company and he should get a raise!!

Great experience

Ernie was wonderful. He was professional, honest and courteous. This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. The service was great. I never felt pressured and all my questions were answered.

Exceptional Experience

I've had the greatest pleasure and satisfaction in owning a Lexus vehicle. Besides owning one the best vehicles on the market, dealing with this dealership is always a great experience whether it's the service department or the sales team. My latest visit was a new car purchase. We were so lucky to be helped by Kyle Phillips. He made the entire process smooth and pleasant. He's extremely knowledgeable with all of the technological advances Lexus has brought to their new car line, and efficient with his communication. Thank you Kyle! Great buy

I had a great experience at Lexus of Warwick. The salesperson I worked with, Kyle, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly took the time to answer all of my questions. I received superior service throughout and I would absolutely shop there again.
