While i do not enjoy the process of buying a used cr, I found this experience not so bad. I only wish that the sales process did not include the "going back and forth" but that is h0w it is done these days. All, said, however, the experience was a good one and I would recommend Penhus Mazda and Barry Hickey any time.

Great sales team and good dealership!
I had great support from my salesman, Bill Hutto! I noticed a high mileage Venza on their lot and wanted to take a look at it. I called the next day and talked to Bill and he said it was being processed that day for auction and was no longer on the lot. Thinking it was a dead end, I received a call from Bill a half hour later telling me that if I really wanted to see it, they would bring the car back the next day. They did and I went. I did my homework ahead of time just in case this car had what I wanted. It did and I worked with Bill and he became my advocate with his manager to make the deal fit within my budget. Because of their Value Pricing, they didn't have much room to wiggle, but with Bill's help we were able to agree on a purchase price with my trade-in, contingent upon a mechanics inspection of the Venza. A couple of items came up with the inspection and I offered to split the cost of the items. They could easily have walked away from the deal, but they chose to make the deal work and they now have a new customer for the future. I also really enjoyed working with their sales mgr, Mike Clemison. Thanks, Bill, Mike, and Bob Penkhus Mazda..

Great service; excellent resolution!
I had my leather seats installed after purchase. The front passenger seat split at the seam. I expected the seam to be repaired. I received a loaner identical to mine and was allowed to keep it during the repair, which took longer than we expected. When it was finished. Brian delivered it to my work, clean and with gas. I was and am very pleased!

Simply Amazing
Everything about my experience at this dealership was amazing! I was met promptly by Brian Garside who ended up walking me through the whole sales process at just the right pace. Brian provided me with several options to choose from based on my budget and made sure that I knew all the details so I could make the right choice. Once I picked a car we took it for a test drive on a route that closely represented my daily commute so I could get a real feel for the car. As for the paperwork, all my questions were answered, they gave me a great price and in the end, I felt very comfortable signing the lease papers. Needless to say, I drove off in a new Mazda3 knowing that I made the right choice. Thanks to Brian for making this experience a great one!

A lot of talk from the sales manager Mike. No follow through. not even a call back. no interest in being lied too again will never recommend or purchase anything from the dealer again..

Great Sales and Service
I just purchased a 2006 Hummer H2 from Bob Penkhus Mazda at Powers and Woodman Rd . What a pleasant experience! Our sales associate Ivan Muniz was the most professional I have ever dealt with buying cars. He is the man. You won't find a better person to buy a car from anywhere. He went out of his way to make sure that I knew each step of the process and what I was getting. He also knew his product incredibly well.
