First, my husband would like to let it be known that the music at Bob Penkhus Mazda was on point, now that that is out of the way.... We called David Cotton on a Thursday after 5pm about a used truck we seen online. We explained our extremely unique situation, and he held our hand through the entire buying process. The following Monday we meet Mr. Cotton at the dealership. The dealership was clean and comfortable, and Mr. Cotton couldn't have been nicer. As I stated before, our situation was extremely unique, but he handled it like a boss. He went out of his way to make sure we got to drive our new truck home that day. I highly recommend Bob Penkhus Mazda, and David Cotton. Thank you David!!!

Happy new Mazda 3 owner!
On Oct 23rd I came to the dealership to look, and made an appointment for the next day with Jordan Malone. When I arrived, he was waiting outside for me with a huge smile on his face. That day, I bought/leased a new Mazda 3 from the BEST sales consultant -Jordan Malone! He was very professional and knowledgeable. But what I appreciated the most was that he treated me with such respect and dealt with all my concerns and needs. He spent an immense amount of time showing me all my options and answering all my questions. Jordan had to find the car I wanted with a certain color and he had it delivered and all the paperwork completed very quickly. I never felt pressured and it was a pleasure working with him. He gave me great service and before I left he installed my phone to the car and followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working correctly. My experience was also very pleasant because Reece Conway, the General Manager took the time to meet with me and give me his business card and reassure me that if I ever needed anything, he would certainly assist me. What GREAT service!!! I drove away after getting my picture taken on the red carpet. Thanks Jordan and Bob Penkhus Mazda!!

Used Car Purchase
Great used car buying experience. Went to the dealership after viewing vehicle online. Sales people were helpful and not pushy. They also gave me a good price for my trade in. Came back to the dealership to have another key made for the car, as promised by the salesman in writing, and was treated very nice. Great popcorn while I waited. Would definitely buy another car from them. I love my car!

Love Mazda!
This is the second and third Mazda we have bought as a family. The first one was a Mazda 3 2012, After 51,000 miles in three years we were sold on Mazda. They take care of the customer, they treat you like they have known you forever and the service people know the cars. We traded one Mazda 3 2012 and Bought a Mazda CX-3 2016 and a Mazda 3 2015. all with in two weeks. The look of the cars are great, the inside is very classy and they drive like a dream. I am in the CX-3 6-8 hours a day and I need a car that is comfortable. Plenty of get up and go to the engine and comfort inside. Nothing else needed. Brian Garside is our salesman and he knows his cars. Sat with us in the car to explain how all the features worked. I would recommend anyone needing a car go see Brian Garside.

scheduled break work appointment
I arrived for my appointment, and just a couple minutes after arrival I was greeted and logged in. About 45 minutes later the service advisor came out and told me that my brakes were in good condition and did not need to be replaced. He told me I should think about replacing the spark plugs. I had been noticing a slight hesitation in the engine when it was heat soaked. My thoughts were he's correct about the spark plugs and I told him to go ahead and put a set in. That was a good call on the mechanic side of the business, the hesitation is completely gone.

Great experience!!
So I knew I wanted a Jeep Patriot, and this dealership had exactly what I was looking for, so I went to check them out. I was greated by Brian Garside, who I must say will be the only guy I buy a car from, as long as he is still selling them. Everyone there was very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The finance guy we had even put on a movie for our 2 young kids while we talked and signed paper work!!! There is no better place to buy a car in Colorado Springs in my opinion!!

i called to make an appointment for an oil change and spoke with david d. he sounded very professional and easily scheduled me in to the soonest available spot. when i showed up they gave great customer service, smiled and gladly walked me to the service waiting area. i remember only waiting a short time before they were back in to get me for my vehicle! it was a breeze and i enjoyed the hospitality.

Wow, what a great purchase experience! As a young female, I was not looking forward to buying a new car by myself, but it could not have been any better. I completed most of the process online and then when I arrived to the dealership everything was ready to go for me! They definitely followed through with what they said. i was crunched for time and knew what i wanted. i just had to see the vehicle and test drive it to make sure things werent wrong with it! my salesman mitch was very helpful. he was speedy and made the process practically painless! the custoomer service was excellent. you've earned my business and ill be sure to come back for more!
