I called the dealership to inquire about a used car they had online. I was able to negotiate a good price over the phone. I live in a nearby state so I told them I would have to fly in to purchase the vehicle. They picked me up at the airport! I arrived at the dealership and the buying process was great. Great customer service, got a great price. I would definitely buy here again.

My old car was dying on me so we stopped at bob penkhus mazda to look at cars. The salesman was very helpful. When I go to a dealership I always prepare myself for a fight. Arguing over price and how much the car is worth. I was surprised when we were looking we found a car we liked and the price was set reasonable, they didn't try to add a few thousand or say its worth five grand more than it was. I am very impressed and when we go to get another car i am definitely going to give them the first shot to see what they have. very impressed! glad we went there first.

I met with Brian Garside, and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They didn't pressure me into buying anything, and let me take me time. I went to the dealership at least three times before buying. Brian would follow up with me to make sure I was still interested and tell me about new cars they got in. Happy Birthday to me. I had an appointment with Brian Garside 2 days before my birthday and they gave me an offer, but I was just shopping around, so I wasn't in the mind frame to buy that day. From day one Brian told me he would work hard to make sure I get what I wanted. I didn't believe him, I just thought he just want the sale. Few days later I call Brian to let him know I recieve a better offer and if they could match it they would get my business. To my surprise Brian and his manager call me a few days later and said we can do that and when I went to get my CX-5 they gave me even more great news. Brian wasn't pushy and he listen to what I wanted. He was honest and direct.
