Barry and Shaun where extremely helpful in my purchase of my Infiniti G37s, amazing in every aspect. They work hard to help me find the right car and financing options. I never been to a dealer were the people care so much for your satisfaction until I went to this dealership. I will say that my future business and referrals will go to them. Thank you very much.

Recently (Aug 2011) my wife and I purchased a (2008-2010) Infiniti EX35 Journey. Originating with David Ahn, our sales consultant, following through with the Sales and Finance Managers, our buying experience was exceptional within every stage of the car buying process from the initial greeting - to test driving - to follow-up - to price negotiation – to deal closing – to close-out follow-up. One of the differences between my experience with Parkway Motorcars and other local dealers was that their selling culture was genuinely courteous and sincere, expressing an attitude of gratitude for a new customer relationship that might extend into the future (high customer satisfaction with retention in mind). Yes, their business is to sell cars and maximize profits, which is similar endeavor that extends to other aspects of our lives - to persuade others of our interests and maximize our benefits. However, the negotiation phase was fair, transparent, congenial and compromising. As a buyer, you’ve got to do your homework, communicate an agreeable attitude and present your offer with reasonable justification. It can be a win-win scenario, which means both parties agree to a price.

I appreciated that Barry went out of his way to get the car in that the lcoation of the car was in another city. Also the car was damaged upon delivery of the car and Parkway made sure the car looked brand new.

Great experience. Despite the fact that there are 2 other Infiniti dealers closer to my home, Michael Roth at Parkway offered a competitive price and was far friendlier than the other sales managers I spoke to. Ken was also a pleasure to work with. You can't go wrong dealing with these salespeople.

After eight years of owning BMWs, I decided to switch to Infiniti. I went to Parkway Infiniti in Valencia to buy a 2011 M37 - and it was hands down, the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience of my life. The price was very fair, the employees were extremely helpful and friendly--and best of all, there weren't any games being played there. Ken Eason was terrific and Michael Roth made it all happen. Andrew in Finance was also very informative--my personal thanks to him as well. I walked out feeling I had made some new friends...not to mention a stunning new redesigned M37. I would go back to them in a second and plan on directing everyone who will listen to buy their next Infiniti from Parkway. This is where you want to go -- no question.

We just leased our fourth Infiniti and we love it. The last two times we've gone to Parkway Infiniti and David Ahn was our salesman both times. Everyone we've encountered at Parkway has been friendly and courteous. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman than David. He is always friendly, always helpful and always patient and knowledgeable when we ask questions. Overall, a wonderful experience. We'd highly recommend this dealer and salesman and we plan to visit them again when our lease is up.

Ken was friendly courteous and professional. He took good care of us. He was able to answer all of our questions and took the time to show us all of the features of our new car. We look forward to many pleasant miles behind the wheel of my new Infinity G37.

Tony, the internet sales manager, gave me the best quote out of the 5-6 Infiniti dealerships in the area. After the test drive, Tony showed me their invoice sheet, which matches what I've seen in cars.com and edmunds.com. It was a super easy, no hassle, no haggle experience, with no pressure or sneaky tactics. Everyone there was very friendly, and I couldn't be happier with my new G37 Coupe!

I was in and out of the dealer. I did have the VPP on the new and gave me close to what I wanted on the trade. Professional and courteous except for the high pressure sales on the warranty. I would recommend them to my best friend.
