My new car is awesome

I bought my first car at Napletons and my second experience at Kia at Elmhurst was even better, very happy and I will refer Nikola my sales guy to my friends and family! Thank you for making my holidays even greater.

Save the headache, go elsewhere!

HIGHLY encourage anyone interested in an Acura to drive the extra 20 minutes to save the post purchase headaches! I have on numerous occasions been lied to and cheated at this dealership. On my most recent trip to the dealership I asked for a replacement of my damaged car battery, a problem I took into service 1.5 months after purchasing the vehicle. I was told by the general manager, Andrew Tomlinson, there was nothing he could do. In his words "there are many cars I sell that come in with problems within the first 2 months. Once it's off the lot it's your problem." I was appalled to hear a manager speak like this. I decided I would leave and take my business elsewhere. Prior to leaving, the service advisor, Dave Baggot, told me I couldn't take my car unless I paid $150 for the time it took the mechanic to test my battery. Also was lied to when I was told I would be given 3 complementary oil changes. I went in for my second oil change, they told me I only get 2 and 1 of the complementary changes is used when you buy the car. Later that day I took my car to Infiniti where I received exceptional service at a significantly lower rate. I notice the difference in service from the second I walk in. DO NOT GO TO ED NAPELTON!

BEST EXPERIENCE: GREAT CARS!

All of the employees were very nice. Moe Abdalla helped me pick out my brand new car! The car was very luxurious and in very good condition. I reccommened going here to anyone.

Woman friendly

I saw a Toyota online. From the time I called, to the time we test drove it, I never felt pressured nor I had the feeling they take advantage of my "no clue" attitude. Easy process after I got the car. The car was exactly how it was described online. Even I could not negotiate about the price, they were giving me other incentives.

Forward and honest

I wanted to wait to post my review after my first car note to arrive. I bought a 2016 kia soul from David Escobar. I was debating on trading my old kia soul for the new model. I liked that David wasn't pushy with me to buy a new one. He gathered my information and presented me with all of my options. I appreciate how patient he was with me while i was asking him questions. Ultimately i decided on getting the new kia soul. Then it came for financing and that was done threw Darius Shams. Like with David, I had many questions for Darius Shams as well. Darius also took the time to explain everything in detail to me. When the time comes to get a new car, I'm sure i will be coming back. When i got my first oil change i was impressed with the guys at Service and Parts. They were very friendly and personal as well.

Great Experienced!!

I can't believe me that I bought a brand new car twice within a year. Theo was my salesman all along. He always talk to me and said hi when I'm at service drive to get my oil change. I bought the 2015 Kia Optima about a year ago and he told me that I could get into a new optima 2016 which is the New body style with no Money down and be able to put at the same payment. I didn't believe him at first so I asked my husband if I should do it and guess what! Theo made it happen and he actually give me a remote starter for free this time. If you want to come and buy a car rather it's new or pre owned you should definitely see him. He will treat how you should be treat it. Thanks again Theo :)

Best Experience

I've been looking around for a newer CTS4 so I can upgrade my Ats4 and I found one which at Napleton Kia. It has great facilities there. They have Starbucks premium coffee, popcorn and a fridge full of water bottles for the costumer. Theo my salesman was very friendly and the negotiating went smooth. I really appreciate it for everything and I found the car I want. Thanks again.

Great deal, great buying experience, great dealer

We had contacted the dealer through the internet and let them know about when we would be visiting. They were very flexible and asked that we call when we were about 10 to 15 minutes away. We made the call and they had a salesman Nick waiting for us when we got there. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and responsive. Great deal, great buying experience, great dealership.
