Buy your car at Napleton Kia. My experience was great. Initial experience started online, found the car for me and deal was done online. traveled over an hour to dealership, had a great time with Nick. He was very amenable and knowledgeable. Overall, a great, happy staff!

Not bad

I just bought a vehicle from them and overall not bad. You need to do your research before you go there if you are trading in a vehicle. Know what you have, the value and what they sell for. The organization is so big, they have many avenues to help make a sale. They will work with you because at the end of the day it's all about moving cars. I will go to Napleton's for my next purchase. The biggest down fall they have is the waiting room is very small compared to other places I've been. They are remodeling so hopefully more room will be made.

awesome experience

I originally just stopped by to see if they would even work with what I had as a budget. And to my surprise, they immediately helped me find a car that I loved. They also were very nice in the negotiation of the price. And they even came down on the price far enough to which we both felt like it we both were getting a good deal. I am very pleased with their service and I would definitely come back to buy another car. Ferris was also very nice and made the process go smoothly. I now love my new Kia Optima.

Stellar Service

Although i didn't end up making a purchase because the car i was hoping to buy was sold that day, Connor was very helpful and accomodating throughout the whole process. Will work with these guys in the future.

Positive Experience

My experience at Napleton Acura was one that I found to be actually pleasant, from my greeting at the front desk to the second I walked out the door. I was treated with respect and care. Ryan Buechel is the name of the sales associate I worked with, and he took me by surprise by taking into account my needs and getting to know me rather than just applying the standard pressure to buy you get at most dealerships. He was far from transactional in his mannerisms, and I would definitely recommend him as a professional.

Excellent

Great experience leasing a new Acura RDX. T.J. was a pleasure to work with, his no pressure sales process put me at ease and made the process completely enjoyable. Michael, who walked me through the car before pulling off the lot, made me totally comfortable with all the high tech features. The finance department had me in and out in no time, even on a busy holiday weekend. I highly recommend this dealership.
